According to Filecoin, micropayment is used to settle Retrieval Miners and clients in the Retrieval Market. However, if a client refuses to send a micropayment, Retrieval Miner's network resource is wasted and there is no way to help the miner to be compensated from its retrieval.

Is there a better solution than 'micropayment'? Maybe blockchain should first be able to measure the amount of the retrieval of a miner. Does anyone have any idea or have seen any paper tackling this issue?
