Thanks, seems interesting, but it appears to be aimed mostly at large and frequent spenders. The requirement to cash out at least 500 BTC a month is not exactly what I had in mind. I just want to pay some bills with bitcoins. Sure, sometimes over 500 BTC, but that'd be pretty rare in my typical situation, actually.

the requrement of 500BTC/week is only for cash.
if you want sepa, miernik is your guy.
i have dealt with him multiple times.
be prepared for 5+% fee.

Nothing? Is there perhaps en exchange out there that offers the option of customizing the payment description for withdrawal transfers?

I have x BTC that are currently worth EUR y or USD z.

Is there a service that allows me to transfer x (+a small fee) bitcoins to their address, and they will perform a bank transfer (e.g. SEPA or whatever kind of wire transfer is applicable) of y euros or z dollars to a some bank account, according to my specifications, with a payment description I provide?

Obviously I could simply send x BTC to any exchange, and just withdraw them to whatever bank account I want. But that doesn't allow me to include a specific description or statement with the transfer, and besides most exchanges impose all sorts of bank account identification restrictions.
