CoinLore: List of All Cryptos In Premine Category [Ann thread]
- Having said that, I checked a few of the listed cryptocurrencies at random and some of them weren't included on Coinpaprika so perhaps you could use them side by side.
Thanks. As you wrote this website has the same problem than Coinpaprika: In the category some premined coins are listed, but not all. For example, Ethereum is missing which had a big premine. There is also Dash listed which had no premine in the genesis block but an insta-mine which is in my opinion a different category ...

What I also want to do is in reality to filter them out - i.e. to get all coins which were not premined. Maybe your idea to use both sources together isn't that bad. Another one is to simply create a custom watchlist with Coinmarketcap or another website.

I have also sent a feature request to Coingecko but got no response so far, maybe I should do it via another means than the forum.

here is list sorted by rank
  • coinmarketcap.com
  • coingecko.com
  • coinranking.com
  • coincodex.com
  • digitalcoinprice.com
  • coincost.net
  • crypto-rating.com
  • coinlore.com

Thanks designbuyers for the list, although from CMC and Coingecko I already knew the feature wasn't present. I checked the rest of the sites and unfortunately most do not even offer filters - only Coinlore has a premine filter but see above.

The only service which I found with a "premine" tag is Coinpaprika, but it doesn't work (in fact, it seems to show some premined cryptocurrencies, but not nearly all of them).
Found one more platform with a premine tag but the one you linked appears to be much better: CoinLore: List of All Cryptos In Premine Category [Ann thread]

I'm searching for a price-tracking site like Coinmarketcap, but with the ability to filter out cryptocurrencies which were premined (this includes all currencies distributed via ICO).

Coinmarketcap itself offered this features in the past, but it eventually removed it. Due to it being now part of Binance, who operates itself a premined cryptocurrency (BNB) it is unlikely that they'll introduce it again.

The reason is that I want to compare Bitcoin to other cryptocurrencies which follow roughly the same model (completely open distribution by PoW or similar "non-permissioned" algorithm etc.). I think all other coins, even those with a "partial" premine like Ethereum (i.e. were premined but also allow "open" mining), are a fundamentally different kind of asset.

The only service which I found with a "premine" tag is Coinpaprika, but it doesn't work (in fact, it seems to show some premined cryptocurrencies, but not nearly all of them).
