I think you can check https://uquid.com/ this service accept bitcoins and altcoins for deposit and i think it is like shapeshift.io
But i don't know is it suitable for you or not and it is support for your country or not, so you must check by your self about this service.
In my experience it is good for me and it is support for my country.

In my opinion , If there is bitcoin debit cards then It's for the sole reason that bitcoin is pretty stable and exists for longer time then altcoins and that make it have more credibility then alts , adding multiple unstable cryptocoins could lead to a chaos and you/or service provider could lose money instead of making profits.
I'm not saying the idea is bad , It's good actually , but If bigger services didn't do that then It's probably for a good and wise reason.

No you spend your altcoins to PAY with fiat , so the service provider is getting US , the buyer is spending coins.

Where you can have maidsafecoin but able to spend japanese yen , have litecoin but can spend euro , have eth but able to spend british pound etc etc.

So you can have MANY  , like 20+ altcoins  and spend ANY fiat currency (ok about 10-20 of them would be enough too but not only euro/dollar , we need more than euro dollar)

If there is no such thing , I may consider doing such a thing , keep your altcoins as you wish and whenever needed you can use them in 100+ countries.
