Demand, yes. I would buy for sure if the accounts have at least 2 regions and the standard 20 instances per region limit. If you have any with full regions (12), and 20 instances per region, I would pay more.

There's not a single hint of fraud involved with the accounts. The only drawback is that, all of the accounts will be registered under a USA IP, so you must have a USA VPN to access it.
Is there a demand for this? Not so sure about the price yet but will do more research.
