Maybe here should be topic Legal Advices or similar that could help users with legal advises in  legal matters.  I'm sure that it would be very popular.
Yes this is very good idea! And we can help each other much faster.

I believe every country have free legal aid, in this case they will give you advice via phone or skype.
Also try to find i saw many time on net web places with such services.
Else i believe you will find here lot of similar stories and solutions.

I think thats an interesting thought, however it seems kind of outlandish. If you are having legal problems or seeking legal advice, i don't think this is the place to go.

Most lawyers will sit with you for a quick consultation or you can call a free legal line and talk to law students if you are in Canada.
Would think similar things would be set up in the States.

Financial advice coming from some one on the web should be taken with a grain of salt. You are better off sitting down with some one you can verify.

I tried googling places for free consultation but it seems like they're all indeed not free at all so I don't know on what to do about her situation either.
Just call a local lawyer, he can't charge you over the phone, so ask his opinion on the matters and whether or not he can recommend to take action.

Perhaps a financial adviser as well? I've been meaning to take care of two problems.

1 is the money from a lawsuit I had about a year ago in which I sued an employer for uncivil discrimination. I won but the money is taking too long to be paid to me and I have no idea what I'm going to do as I have bills that need to be paid.

Also, my friend's girlfriend just said her personal bedroom was intruded by police, and wants just a few minutes to talk to somebody for free on advice of what she should do. I tried googling places for free consultation but it seems like they're all indeed not free at all so I don't know on what to do about her situation either.

Then listen to audios 01 and 02 at the bottom of this page - http://recordings.talkshoe.com/rss127469.xml.

Then contact Karl here - http://www.broadmind.org/Contact.html.

Snippets of some of Karl's audios can be found here - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tNkWzZSNBDTl4CcjZcj1naheT0yaH9WDxdr4Q60Zz2A/edit.

A "personal bedroom" is no different than any other part of the world.  If the police have reasonable belief a crime is taking place, they have a legal right to enter.  Even a citizen can enter private property if an indictable (felony) offense is actively taking place.

(Canadian law, but I assume the US law is similar)
