There's a website I visit called ICO Alert https://www.icoalert.com/. Is this similar to what you're looking for?
I asked this in some one else's thread but did not get a reply. I have not found a listing that includes the purpose of the offering without clicking through a bunch of links. What i want is a list of ICOs grouped by status that has descriptions of what they are planning to do. Does anything like that exist?
