The only real drawback I see to Bitcoin as one of the payment options is that there isn't any obvious way to make a "recurring charge" like you could with a credit card. As the operator, you'd get X Bitcoins for whatever the negotiated terms was, and then that would be it.
As was mentioned above though, the sender/buyer has precious little recourse with Bitcoin hence you should probably give them a good rate, though it is "one time" in nature.

It doesn't have to be bitcoin-only, it can just be another another payment option and the best one as it is not reversible, porn sites have huge losses with payment reversal.

Is there a market for a bitcoin only adult content site? I want to believe there is if not for any other reason than to keep something like this from appearing on a monthly bank statement. How would something like this compete with the other free porn sites? Any ideas to better define this niche or to make more marketable?
