Thanks for the recommendation, that place looks better, I agree! It seems it takes a lot of time and spamming comments to become a junior member (in fact, that seems to be the source of a lot of the spam). I will try and stick around, I guess.

Apparently I'm in the minority, but I'm appalled and overwhelmed by the number of useless low-effort, zero-information posts on this forum.
Any actually useful information in any thread on this website is drowned out by a torrent of pointless spam comments.
Is there a more "high quality" forum with moderation that deletes all the spam and only allows for comments that contribute to the conversation and mutes/bans people spamming pointlessly?
The content on bitcointalk is often very valuable and I have been lurking for a long time, but I have decided to make an account to more actively engage in the community and I am highly discouraged by the usually broken English spam of "Greatest project! it is sure to be succeed!
" in every thread.
