So then that Bitpremier service is out of service?I found the site but they just have some listings for houses and nothing else are they supposed to be a bitcoin to money service ??

If I want to buy a boat with bitcoin and the seller does not want to receive bitcoin that is a problem especially when you have to look all over to find the thing you want and then they do not accept bitcoin.Is there a service that will accept the bitcoin and then pay to the seller the amount in USD??

Try XAPO, or, if you are based in the US, try some USD debit card linked to bitcoin wallet. My XAPO card is linked to my XAPO wallet and I can pay with it in shops, gas stations, etc. without any hassle, the shop won't even notice that the card is not a normal everyday card (Just don't ask me about the exhange rate, because it's not user friendly, but at least they exhange on the fly (or they state it...)). You can find some prepaid type of bitcoin debit cards as well. Also, you can withdraw cash from normal everyday ATM with the card too. The only drawback is that you have to go through the AML and/or KYC processes nowdays in more and more exchanges/card issuers, so if you want to keep your anonimity, this is not your solution. Anyone?

Dont know if they would swap out the BTC for USD for you but you can most definitely buy yourself a boat on this website: https://www.bitpremier.com/. They sell high end everything and anything you need!
Bitpremier has already closed its doors since Sept of this current year and if you try to visit their website, you'd only see some short information about bitcoin in general. As of now, the only thing you can do is find listings of what you want to buy and convince the seller to accept bitcoins, which is quite a stretch.

What I would do in your current situation is to go on local bitcoins and sell your bitcoin for another mode of payment that the seller will accept. (PayPal, cash, etc.). With this done, you could just pay the seller how they want to be paid and everything should be good as long as they ship the item out properly, hopefully you get your boat op! Anyone?

I really don't understand why you want to take this round about route...
Of course it would be helpful to tell us what country you're from but my advice would probably still be the same
Why do you search for a service that will basically change your coins for cash (and charge you a fee) and not exchange the coins via coinbase or bitstamp or whatever and then pay the man with fiat?
