If I'm not mistaken, the OP is looking for odds statistics and not just the stats per team, Infos' or something along those lines.

Mainly for gambling purposes, I assume.

But if OP is looking for odds comparison in a crypto sportsbook, I doubt there's a site that has a record for that or I'm not just aware. In that case, OP must look at its preferred crypto sports betting site for manual checking. But actually, OP can assume that the odds provided on the site mentioned here in the thread might be also identical on the crypto sportsbook.

I use LoL's gamepedia to check the match up history of both teams and to do that you only need to click the small diagonal arrow on the group stage table(example).

For other team stats comparison like tower and dragon priorities GOL should help you.
