So, here is an easier way to do, though it is still manual:
Go to https://coincheckup.com/
Register, login
TO the right of all coins, there is a heart shape, click the hearts next to the ones you recognize (still manual, and you may not remember all your coins)
On the top, to the left of customize table, there is a nice heart shape, saying show only my coins.
Click that, and it shows your favorite coins. All the way to the right, there is lightning shape, and it shows the markets, meaning exchanges for your favorite coins.
There are nice little things like price per coin and there is even a little chart for all of them
Once again, there are more than 17 pages, and some are just called CUBE, but you see its name as AUTO in your exchanges.
Anyways, I will ask them to do an api way of automatic drawing token names from an address.

This is what I wrote to them, I would appreciate it if you guys could ask for the same thing:
Instead of manually searching for the exchange, is there a way you can find the exchange the tokens in your wallet is listed? I mean I can manually favorite with the heart shape thingy but it takes forever, and I do not remember all my token names.
Delta balances is a great example, https://deltabalances.github.io
but it only lists for etherdelta, forkdelta, idex and token store.
You know when you look at ethplorer you see all the tokens listed? I enter my address and see my tokens, and some of them even have prices next to them, but I have to manually search for the exchanges. Considering I have more than 100 tokens, it is like a job at the moment.
There is the deltabalances thing but it only shows the tokens for 4 exchanges etherdelta, idex etc.
There is a telegram bot called eth token explorer: @ETHtokenExplorer_bot
but the owner has to enter the exchange names manually. So, if he does not know it, you are out of luck.

Well, that is still searching for your token manually. I have to put my 120 tokens to the search box, find them, go to the exchange tab, look at the price, and calculate how much I have in total, per token. I need something like this site:

but it should have api from all exchanges, well lets say from most of them. This way, I can see how much each token is worth and buy or sell.

Just search for the name of the token in the search box, and you will find all the information.

If you want than you can make your own site to list the market of tokens that is still small to get listed on coinmarketcap because there is not such single website where we can just check market for any token we like to.

If you hold coin with very low to no volume and follow them than you will get information regarding both possible exchange and current exchange in coin's homepage or Announcement thread. Don't be lazy just go through coins page if you are really interested to trade them, kidding

Not exactly true, like CROC is not listed there, but certainly carries some good value and can be mined.

If a coin or token don't listed on coinmarketcap then it mean the coin is worthless as when any coin/token get huge market cap >$10000 then it is listed on coinmarketcap, and the easiest source is the token or coin website and social accounts like twitter,telegram etc.

Do you mean you don't want to make any search at all? Like for example, you have the private key where your tokens are stored and when you open it to a wallet or interface like MEW you can see automatically where these tokens are listed (exchanges)?

Most of the time exchanges are listed in their ANN threads (main post) here and also in their websites, that's the easiest imo. You can also check other sites alternative to coinmarketcap like cryptocompare, not so sure if it has a more updated list though since I didn't compare them.
