Its very important to be in touch with the latest news related to crypto in your country as it is very helpful for further planning decision.There are several telegram channels which provide such services and most of them are accurate and reliable and moreover you can searcg for social media crypto influences who have updates on each news or other way is to search on cointelegraph which is trusted source for crypto news.

Updated and accurate always on top of the news, will also suggest this as the best cryptonews site. But since our country are slowly supporting cryptocurrency we have our own cryptonews site which discuss every progress of cryptocurrency in my country and its called “Bitpinas”, maybe some countries also have their own news site more about cryptocurrency, you have to look for that.

In relation to this. In our country we don't have a solid source of cryptocurrency information that we can see in everyday. But we have allot of group chats and signals that we can utilize to stay updated to the news and updates on the cryptocurrency. In fact, bitcointalk is the main stream source of info that we have, then we will see the links attached by different users. In this case, even without visiting cryptocrunch or other crypto news platforms, we can still remain updated.

I really hope all countries have their own channel dedicated for crypto news. But sadly it is impossible as there is allot way more by media to focus other than crypto.

I think you should try to look at the Local subforum here. Having same language means having the same geograohical location most of the time, and therefore a source to local news from the country you're from. However, there's not really much news for every country. Some people from other countries does not even know what Bitcoin is. So news about crypto is irrelevant for some, but neccessary to others.

there isn't that much news for each country about cryptocurrencies that warrants a separate topic for each. and the news for them isn't coming out that regularly so the regular news sites like coindesk,... are more than enough.

as for what you said about "crypto consumer app", these things are usually exactly like selling bitcoin and using the money to buy goods. there is even an exchange rate and additional fees involved. not to mention that those ones that i have seen so far require you to store your bitcoins with that company which is not at all safe because you will no longer have control over them.

I am certain that there would be sites that has this covered already and if you search them out you will find that so many countries have a site that is created by their citizens to cover cryptocurrency for their country, but it will be quite difficult to actually rely on just news from particular country because there is still less activities about crypto in some, and you know that whatever is going to influence bitcoin will be a global news.

It is still a good thing that we have some of these popular sites actually have general news covered, but I think what some sites needs to just do is to have a link that can record a particular news for the day under a country. I like this thing that is happening in your country, it will really be great if France can play a very big role in cryptocurrency implementation.

We need to create a separate topic on btt or account on another resource to cover crypto news from other countries.

Give regulated with bitcoin and altcoin in some country is better when many country want to adopt and have their crypto during they are running with bitcoin and altcoin price, they have connectivity with exchange market for listing their coin I thin each country can create their won coin crypto, they have good promoting if some country have adopt and create their own cryptocurrency coin.

I guess it's being discuss per local board boards here in the community.

I think its possible. Sometimes we can see it the television as part of the news but I haven't seen a special segment that only talks all about it exclusively. Eventually I think it will happen as crypto is already manifesting in the economic zone. Investors are probably interested about it.

I live in Ukraine and still at the legislative level, cryptocurrency has not yet been legalized.  Nevertheless, there are no prohibitions and harassment by law enforcement agencies, since cryptocurrency users in my country feel calm.  In addition, some online stores accept Bitcoin as payment and at the same time conduct legal business activities.  I don’t know how they provide reports on their activities to the tax service and combine it with cryptocurrency, but I’m sure that they have no problems with this.

Participating upon your country's community related to cryptocurrencies is a good option indeed. This will be great way to inform or disseminate news to your fellow crypto users within your country. I myself used to join in these community to know what is the trend in this industry yet I used to read news articles in google as well for a another source. I am pretty sure that every country have telegram group so don't afraid to join.

I think we can make it, create a moderated thread in this "bitcoin discussion" board or "press" board, so everyone knows what's going on in every country.

Just simple when you read an information/article in your language then you can join the telegram group who create the article. Most majority the creator article will always have telegram group at least, so as when they have new information you can read it.

I think to read the news don't just rely on your country, you have to read the development of this technology. Also I'll bet if there is an information about cryptocurrency in your country the creator of article will also create it. I've been one year to being a member of it and I always update the information about my country against cryptocurrency.

In other hand, there is a local board (maybe it has mentioned above) who can be use by you to open the thread as you want, just scroll down and pick your country board then you'll find it.

If the country fully regulates and accept crypto definitely soon there will be business that will produce segment of crypto news or even a portion in existing television broadcasting news where we can receive updates by this means, many will know crypto and project related as well it's legalities.

yes there is  . like for example on our country we have also local sites and site owners do also make news or posts about crypto to give awareness to our country men  . also on the forum not just on the  bitcointalk forum but there are also local boards on other forums and people do also love to talk cryptos  . still  . many people are not yet aware due to lack of exposure  .  the exposure that i mean is that if cryptos were advertise on local ( ex. on local tv's  , radios , banners . etc )

You don't need to be worried about it. As far as I know most of the countries are well known about different cryptocurrencies. And the better news is the investors are increasing everyday.

I think there are local boards each country if you want a specific crypto news other than here which is limited to English people only. Not everyone around the world would post some crypto news here because sometimes they find it hard to understand the main language here which is understandable if this is not their first language. But there are news and articles in the internet already that's helping to spread the word to everyone.

This is an easy way to find out everything you are interested in, although deposits and withdrawals are currently suspended, this is one of the oldest crypto exchange located in Paris. OP does not have availability issues with exchanges, but with banks who refuse to do transactions with them. The problem here is actually finding a bank that approves crypto-related transactions.

I don't think there is any specific news about cryptocurrency in countries apart from news about the market price of cryptocurrencies and the rate at which their prices fluctuate.
 In my country, for example, there is no news related cryptocurrency about any media platforms. So the only source of news is the platforms that create content for price fluctuation and market adoption by other countries.
Not every country has news media interested in creating content related to cryptocurrency and the crypto ecosystem.
There is no way to have crypto news about every country. Just stick with the news you have about your country.

Cointelegraph do provide news in different countries, in our country there are websites that provide category for crypto news section and events. I guess all countries who are not ban or prohibits cryptocurrencies have websites that provides news. Actually there are many sources in our country when we search our countries crypto news and event even some local mobile wallet have news section in their app. But it will be better if they will offer also news from diffeent countries.

There is no region wise news service on cryptocurrency. Maybe as the popularity grows more and more news services will reach the market. Now around the world not much of incidents happening related to cryptocurrency. What's been taking place is completely covered by the news service renders that are particularly for Cryptocurrency. These days flipboard, Telegram channels, reddit, and other portfolio management application itself provides with every news.

I know what you mean, in my country, there is maybe one or two blogs about cryptocurrencies, but they were not mentioned in the news once that I had heard. The government acts like they do not exist at all, and I literally do not know a single person who has heard about them, or knows anything about them. Naturally, I'm doing what I can to change that, but people don't care. They don't care even more when they hear that there's no way to use them anywhere around the country. As for buying stuff online, they are all like 'My credit card is good enough.' Then again, we can't even use PayPal in this country apart from withdrawing money from it, so there's not much hope for crypto in at least a few more decades, no matter what happens to it in the 'outside world.'

Nope. In some countries, there is no crypto news because crypto is not legal. In some others, no news either because crypto is not even heard of. It is impossible for now. Time will come it will not even hit the news because it is very common to all countries.

I am sure that the PRESS section can handle with what you are suggesting though there is no specific countries listed in there as sub-section. I guess you have a good suggestion here but this may not be the priority of the Bitcointalk forum, at least for now.

Sad to see that people in France are having a hard time buying Bitcoin and I would assume it can also be hard to liquidate the digital asset in there. This makes USA much better on this area of concern. Anyway, we should be glad that a big help is coming to this market. I am just intrigued, is there a good and user-friendly cryptocurrency exchange that is operating either based in the country or targeting France?

There are many ways to buy crypto, You can take advantage of online payment services, You can use paypal or the like, then you can buy crypto, I hope this helps.

I think the best way to search for news in each country is to research/find the biggest crypto media outlets of each country. Then have those bookmarked in your browser or have a developer create an RSS feed to centralize all the info.

In my country you can't really buy thing with crypto yet. But you can definitely buy electronics, clothes and all kind of products using payment processors that automatically convert btc to fiat so the business is not exposed to price volatility risk.

I wanted to recommend you ATMs for buying crypto, but I must admit that I am quite surprised that there are only three crypto ATMs in all of France. This information reflects in some ways the policies of your government, and thus of banks towards cryptocurrency. However, the good news is that this could change for the better next year, when 25 000 sales points will be accepting Bitcoin as a means of payment. It's time to create a map, which will be noted at what stage of adoption or ban are different countries.

Here in our country we do have website, groups and page for news and updates, so it is really a good thing as we are becoming aware about what is happening in and outside our country regarding crypto.

It is really important to have news and read when we have time so we can gain some learnings and updates and be confident with what we are investing at.

In fact, I would be very interested to know what is happening in different countries in relation to crypto.

Why you dont create a thread or several threads for each major country and a thread for the others country from where people could relay the important news of their country, or the current feeling of banks politics and governement politics regarding cryptos in their country.


In France its difficult to buy crypto

Im living in france and currently the banks are very strict when people are trying to buy crypto, they are intentionally saying bullshit to discourage people to buy cryptos, they decline our virement or credit card transaction when they detect an attempt to buy crypto i have so many examples...

- A friend who bought crypto with his credit card, transaction has been refused saying he dont have the right to buy it, he has been summoned by the bank, they said crypto is dangerous, risky, a lot of people lost their money, bla bla bla....

- A friend who made a virement to coinbase of 10k, the virement has been declined, the bank asking why he wants to buy, crypto is dangerous, etc, they are asking a lot of documents, they are intentionally doing the administrativ process slowly to discourage us, and in the mean-time, 3 months past, bitcoin already went up, the 10k should be more than 20k.

We are forced to create online bank account or mobile bank account, we can spend on money on such stupid things, we can buy car that loses his value after months and years, we can even give 10k to a random guy but they wont let us buy crypto.


But yesterday we had a really good news in france,

15.000 french store will be partner with a crypto consumer app at 2020, we will be able to spend our money on famous high tech stores, clothes, cosmetic, furniture, etc...

Why this news is important ?

Today in france you cant physically buy the latest Iphone or Mac book pro using crypto, and i even doubt its possible online, the once way is to sell your crypto before to spend in the stores.
With a consumer app you will be able to spend your crypto.

If im not wrong, selling bitcoin to buy something in fiat isnt same than buying something direclty using consumer app regarding the daily crypto volume and market.

In france we had a new law few years ago regarding the paiement in cash, it has been limited to 1k euro everywhere, so people doing illegal activities and having cash would exchange it to crypto to be able to consume in store.

We can easily find the crypto news about big country as US, china, russia, but if we could regroup all the news of little countries that would be helpfull for traders.
