Some exchanges have order-types that allow you to do that. Kraken, for example, has a "Stop" order that does exactly what you want. There might be other exchanges with the same features, but since I don't know any, I'll let someone else name them
Trying to set a stop loss price of $237.50 on an exchange or roughly that, I don't want to sell my BTC unless it falls to that price. Is there a way to set such an order and if so what is the market I can do so on?
