Well, all I do now is use a few guys from this and other forums, people I ve had quite nice experience with. But this is not anything serious, these people can stop or change terms or even scam at any point. Cannot believe this niche has not been filled by some serious website by now.

Have you tried selling your gift cards on localbitcoins?(sorry if already suggested) i think it would be the best place to sell your gcs.
I really don’t recommend buying/selling gift cards from local bitcoin, first the price is high and the ones that sell you are bunch of scammers, I have tried buying one and I ended up with a used amazon gift card code, even though the one that I have bought the gift card from had a good reviews and seemed egit I tried asking him but he never responded.

Does anyone knows anything like that? A website purchasing giftcards for BTC. I ve got several Amazon and Xbox giftcards and selling them for BTC would be nice. If not, what other options for BTC are available besides posting here on forum and using Reddit.

Likewise, i don't know either if there is a website buying giftcards for bitcoin, but maybe there is. Maybe i might search and look for it through in the internet so that i can buy giftcards because i think it would really great if there is, or in another way i would ask to my friends if they know about buying giftcards in bitcoin.

What s the best rate you get for BTC on different forums?

I get 85% selling AGC tops and if I want to take PP, then I can get up to 92%.

You can exchange your giftcard for Bitcoin here  amzexchange.pw/exchange-amazon-gift-card-to-bitcoin.php .I have never use this site but one of my facebook friend Using this site for a long time.He told me about this site. The exchange instantly (within 15-20 Minute)You can try it.May be it will help you.

Thx but this looks big time fishy. I might try with a very low denomination. Anyone else ever used this website?

You can probably list them on Bitify.

Personally, I prefer to sell on Raise.com but no BTCBTCBTC option in there, only Paypal.

I guess Reddit seems the best option. Once you find one or two decent buyer, everything seems to be fine.

Back in 2015 I had plenty of amazon giftcards which I wanted to exchange for BTC since I wanted to buy some S5 miners. I couldn't find a good website to do it, an exchanging them in the forum was a bit risky. Also, I realized usually the best offer was about 80-85%. So I decided to buy the S5s on amazon, very overpriced, but that way saved myself the hassle of exchanging, and the risk of being scammed when selling the gift card. Also, the money I would lose when exchanging the giftcard to BTC, was almost the same % of overprice I paid for the miners  Smiley
So if you need the BTC to buy something, I would suggest to look in Amazon, so you can use your giftcards and save the hassle of exchanging to BTC. Maybe its not what you need, but I hope it helps you

Why will I bother myself looking for where to buy with btc when it would probably be higher that bwhat is obtainable here because with the value quoted in dollars, in addition to shipping cost, then its definitely going to be on the high side. So, I just get ready to convert to fiat and purchase what I wanted live and realtime rather than having to wait days before recieving what I ordered for...

For buying you can use : https://www.gyft.com/

For selling you can contact me because I have some friends who buy such cards, we will use escrow no issues and remember I will take 5% of the trade total and they themselves take giftcards at 80-90% values.

Thx bud but nobody s going to sell giftcards at 75% when most of forums go above or around 90%.

I have been contacted by a few people asking to buy regularly. Thank you, this is very nice. However, this still does not change the fact there is no company or a website which would specialize in these purchases and put all this to a higher level. I personally sell 92% Paypal and 90% BTC. So there is OBVIOUSLY lots of space for someone to make money off this.

Getting gift cards were bitcoin is possible through the amazon's service along with the shopping partner purse.io, another such services can be found more on darknet web. But it has the highest risk of getting trapped into scams.

as people have mentioned, with amazon gift cards you can use purse.io. I've been using to for a while with no problems.

You can also try giftcardexchange at reddit, but be extremely careful. Assume everyone else is a scammer, just like you should be doing here anyway.

You can search the google if you like. I have come across some sites that deal with bitcoin giftcards. Though I am not very particular how it works since I have no interest in them but since you ask it I am sharing this sites with you. It will be up to you to decide whether this are the sites you are looking for or not. This are the list;

1. gyft.com
2.bitcoin.giftcard.com
3. egifter.com/bitcoin

Feel free to check it out.

Thx for the list bud, appreciate the effort. However, all these websites offer to BUY giftcards for BTC while I d like to sell them. I ve found some people on other forums offering 92% Paypal, gift option. We ll see if that s credible enough but I d still prefer some company.
Yes he is selling giftcards that is why I was thinking purse was not the right website for what you were trying to do here.
With my experience of buying giftcards I have noticed that most people sell them at 20-25% off their face value so I wouldn't give in to the ones who are offering you 92% for them using paypal because those are the ones that usually buy and then charge back for them later.
This is my option on trying to sell them on any type of forum.

to 0x0010: added a link to the thread that i was mentioning about how op can get scammed by using purse.io and that is a valid argument of why that should not be considered in his or anybody who is deciding to use their service.

i can answer that for u ^

From my last post: "However you can try peer-to-peer sites if you don't mind showing proof of purchase and paying a 10-20% premium on the cards. The rates suck, the verification sucks because half the people there are retards, etc"

That's Paxful. Sellers require a receipt, picture of the card and a bloody blood test to confirm its legit. And some of them have the audacity to offer 50% of the cards value. It's pathetic over there. But you can eventually find a good dealer at 80%.

Thx but that s too much hassle. I can sell for 80% over any forums that most of use. Basically it all comes down to finding a trustable seller with a reputation they cannot afford to lose.

A service to sell directly to isn't available since there is a lot of people could do some carding and sell to these services and get BTC instead.
Your best bet now is to sell them using LocalBitcoins or Paxful , P2P platform are always the best when It comes to the rates and fees , as for checking the gift card then you could do it[1] after connecting to your amazon account as stated above.

Paxful sound interesting. Have you tried this personally and what s the rate?

I thought everybody was using purse.io for that?
Or was that buying the giftcards for your btc?  Embarrassed
I remember somebody posting about something about how purse scammed them but since I don't use them I didn't bother to click on that post to read more into it.
Giftcards are an iffy thing to buy online since the balances on them can be verified from the buyer until they purchase them and you know how btc purchases go when you send the funds first. Undecided

I have been using Purse.io for a while now, without any problems and the discounts are very nice. I would rather like to deal with Amazon directly, but at this stage 3rd party services like this is our only option. I have to say, buying gift cards on any platform is a daunting experience, and I have burnt my fingers several times before.

I would appreciate a trustworthy service that sells gift cards for bitcoins without hassles too, but nobody seems to be interested in doing this legitimately. ^hmmmmmm^

lol @ the sig campaign spam post

@OP There are no websites directly, no. However you can try peer-to-peer sites if you don't mind showing proof of purchase and paying a 10-20% premium on the cards. The rates suck, the verification sucks because half the people there are retards, etc. You could try other forums such as Hackforums or Sythe, as they do quite a bit of gift card trading and most people there use bitcoin. But yeah whenever I want to sell my gift cards, I'll use either of those or if you want a good rate (if you have Canadian cards) you can try country specific marketplace forums such as RedFlagDeals.

As for checking Amazon card balances, professional trades don't use software. On Amazon.com in profile, you have the ability to check a gift cards balance without redeeming it.

Yup, lots of mistrust around, this is why I ask. However, I ve seen software which can check Amazon GC balance without actually redeeming it, I m sure professional traders use it.

edit: Here is the thread that I remember reading just before Christmas about purse and them defrauding their users out of amazon gcs when transferring to btc.
