BTW, bitcoin address uses Base58 (123456789ABCDEFGHJKLMNPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijkmnopqrstuvwxyz), so you can't use 0 (zero), O, I (big i), & l (small L)

Keep that in mind.

Yes, that's correct. What I'm looking for requires no CPU power whatsoever. It's just creating a valid bitcoin address, not necessarily one to which I can gain access to the private key. Thanks for explaining it in clearer terms!

By using Vanitygen or any optimized address generator to create "1StackBitcoinEater" (17 words, excluding "1") prefix,

Yes. You can generate your own with your GPU/CPU power by using VanityGen or the new generator that was released a few weeks ago by a member (which is way faster).

As we know, there are addresses like this:

that nobody has the private keys for, and they are used as burner addresses. I am interested in making one of these myself. I'm wondering, is there an app or website that lets you input 1StackBitcoinEater (or something of that sort) and then fills up the rest, making it a valid address?
