Not sure about the price, seems a bit expensive, but one thing I am sure of is that reddit is strict and ultimately they would find out if someone has used fake upvotes, they would remove those votes and in worst case scenario, might also ban that person's account as well.
From my discussions with a friend that has a very successful online business, there’s already http://upvotes.club for Reddit upvotes, Hacker News upvotes, posts, comments, and so on. They work with lots of companies, everything is done manually, they use old accounts with high karma, even gold, and they have mod access to hundreds of subreddits.
What is the price for upvotes generally? i would be interested maybe but not paying $5 for 10 upvotes because you often need way more to get noticed.

Yes, all upvotes are done organically. The method has been tested and always works with up to 60 upvotes and I haven't seen a single ban.

and getting a lot of upvotes for your post and getting more karma will have a big impact on anything you are promoting online it can create a snowball effect My recommendation is $5 for 1000 upvotes this is the average rate on fiverr and other site that offer service like this ...

Well said. You can't shit reddit. Reddit has multi-level mod system that can easily detect upvote spamming. That will lead to the content poster or the redditor who posted the thread gets banned or shadow-banned. However, organically upvoting won't get into trouble. Trigger out a way to organically upvote it. And for sure, you will.
