you can also look into casinos. they usually have a very high affiliate rate if you can get people to sign up under your referral. good luck
That way usually pays out the best because of the bonus they give when you sign up. But they take along time to complete to receive the bonus in it's entirety. I would say a referral would spend 3 btc to get a bonus of 0.30btc back. That is how casinos lure you in with the fine print. So trend with caution when signing up just to think about getting the bonus. It's good if your affiliate at 30% of that take away.

most bitcoin related services and gambling establishments have some sort of affiliate program in place; check out the services and gambling section and find one that you like, weather it be based on rates or if you just like the site itself.

Is there anysite that offers affiliate program to promote product or service and providing bitcoin for each lead?

You can check every gambling site(dice, casino, bet sports), usually most all offer affiliate program.

Cloud mining offer affiliate too, but most all cloud mining is ponzi scheme.

Also I ever see exchanger use affiliate program too.

Cloud mining, gambling and faucets can offer you won by affiliate. I have some refers on a Dice site and only get the 0.05% of the wager. That mean, if my referral gamble 1 btc, i will get 0.0005 btc.

Different sites offer different referral commission.
