I am not aware of such gambling sites. Most of the site where I have experienced playing requires a deposit from one of their promotions in which I think is better because it would cost less than directly from the wallets because promotions allows the players to play more than how much they paid for.
In this particular setup, is this possible? I mean in a decentralized gambling site, the site does not have access to your wallet, right? Unlike the conventional setup in which sites have a server where passwords and usernames are stored.
It solely depends on the contract the site would use to acess your coins. Imagine a contract stating something like "withdraw the amount lost immediatly".
What happens when an error happens and the site whipes your wallet? As long as the user agreed the contract you can do nothing to prevent this.

Usually, no one would accept such a contract ofc, but what if such a rule is "hidden" or masked by a more complex rule?
I am sure a lot of us wouldnt read the contract in detail and just accept it to get a little bit more convinience.

I am thinking of a smart contract in which everything is verified and eventually implemented using the blockchain. In which case, the gambling site would have no access to your wallet and cannot possibly commit an error wiping your wallet clear up to the last satoshi. There would be no third parties in this case because everything is to be facilitated by the contract in the blockchain.
To be honest I never saw such a gambling site or any wallet who allow this because we are gambling and we spent a huge amount for our coins that means a lot to us then how can we allow some unknown site to access our wallet and get the payment. It’s not good to provide your blockchain contacts to known sites. So I totally disagree with this idea of gambling.
For almost a year in gambling site I never encounter a site that allow to bet through wallet, I dont why but I think its better to not happen because nowadays there's a lot dishonest in business transactions. For me its better to not used our wallet for betting in gambling site to avoid a losing our coins. So if encounter a site that allowing you to used your wallet then stay away from it.
Well, if that gambling site has license, then there is nothing to be worried of because that's enough to prove the legitimacy of the gambling site itself. But I just don't get the point of people who wants to gamble directly from their wallets because it is not that of a waste of time to deposit because there are gambling sites which would allow you to play within the day of your deposit.

I have never tried a site like that. I don't really think I would be comfortable importing my private key on a website. What you gain in speed you lose in security by doing that.
If there is nobody to audit the withdrawals how would the site fight against malpractice and rule breakers? It would certainly benefit users but wouldn't be in the best interest for said sportsbook.
Exactly. That's like asking a stranger to look after your important and valuable stuff. Provided that on top of this you indirectly give them full in and out access to your wallet. Which is even worse if your wallet requires a KYC because your information can then be used for fraudulent activities. I don't if it's just me being scared of this but it's better to be safe than sorry. Besides, the only convenience gambling sites that allow you to port your bitcoin or cryptocurrency adress is the ease-of-access. Besides that I don't think they can provide even more incentives than what most sites could. So I don't see the point of gambling on one.

You arent aware but there are sites which you can really bet directly and get your winnings directly sent out into your wallet also.

The OP is talking about a decentralized gambling site. Even private key will be used to log in there is no way that the gambling site will have direct access to the wallet. It's like a smart contract. ETH and EOS are fit here. As long as the code was transparent, nothing will be suspicious.
Lol

How you can make sure the website will not store/saved your data went we all input the private key on their website, there is no guarantee the website gives us a information "they will not store the data" probaly could be lied too. I believe no one cassino will be provided an "import private-key" to their website/platform due the security reason, if some casino wan to do accessing your wallet probably they will only used third parties applications like "Metamask" or "Scatter" like whats @LbtalksL say. Just to make sure all the data about your wallet not will be store/saved at the site because we all using third parties apps.
The point of using a smart contract would be that it runs code impartially, verified by the blockchain. It's possible also to have the code visible publicly.
But what is worrying to me, is that if the casino decided to skip their provable fairness checks?

I'd like to know if current implementations also allow for a trustless way for provable fairness to be checked when a bet is made. Can smart contracts do that automatically, or would they need to use a trust based service like an intermediary?

Similar to the concept of DEX or Decentralzied Exchange, is there any gambling site which allows users to import private key and play games directly from their address? Or allows users a wallet on the platform with private keys so that user can withdraw and deposit money into account anytime without the approval of the site representative?

It yes then in which different cryptocurrencies such gambling is offered?
I played in a lot of gambling websites but never encounter gambling websites that offer this but isn't it dangerous to import your private key to these gambling websites? For sure this could be risky especially if you have big funds in your wallet I would probably not going to do this anyway. But I think if there is a way to directly do gambling in your cryptocurrency wallet without risking your private key I think this is a great thing.

I think the best gambling currency is XRP and ETH since it doesn't have low demand than bitcoin, it could easily process transactions without traffic and very low transaction fees compared to bitcoin.

But Luckbit is now using an account and I don't know if it still applies.
That is somewhat risky, letting some other platform to use your wallet? I might not do that, although we know that the purpose is to eliminate fees but still its too risky for they might even charge you anonymously for whatever they think of.
It is not a good idea, IMO. Even though there are many platforms who has this feature, I'd rather not... I'll just go with the old ways of refilling my account instead of using my own wallet.
^ Definitely right if you dont trust them yet the site it's good to avoid them and never use. But there is a gambling platform that has a feature like this, this is a have an advantage rather than you deposit your fund directly to the gambling platform wallet. It means you trust them with your fund. If the site is trusted, probably dont use your main wallet, create another one and transfer the amount that you can afford to lose on that day. After you gamble, transfer back again into your main wallet.

Ok guys! I read all of your replies and understood one thing that what I am looking for is not possible via Bitcoin. Some of you misunderstood what I am looking for. I don't want to share my private keys with the site. Rather I am looking for a site where I can make direct bet without first depositing the balance to site and then automatically receive back money if I win the bet.

I found LuckyBit interesting but still unclear how it works, can someone explain if he has played on LuckyBit already?
I used to play at Luckybit, so it was like you expected to bet using your address and get paid using your address too. But Luckbit is now using an account and I don't know if it still applies.

And there is also the Satoshibones game but unfortunately playing using Bitcoin has been removed and replaced with BCH. For altcoin there are still dogecoin and LTC.

I haven't found any site that are offering the same, and I think if there's one that offers the same, I would not play with it as I don't want to risk my wallet by putting the private key just to access it. I think why gambling sites are not offering that is because the current format is quite secure and easy to use.

Putting our private keys is somewhat unfair and I don't think this site will be trusted. We have no control over our funds, and yet the gambling site itself has the full authority to manage your funds. This certian idea is biased and I don't have the confidence to deal with this for the amount of crypto which going to used for betting.

My favourite App/blockchain for this purpose is Wagerr : as you can read on their official site https://www.wagerr.com/

Quote
Wagerr uses distributed blockchain technology to execute betting contracts. It escrows stakes, verifies results, and pays out winners. By eliminating central authorities, Wagerr solves the most pernicious problems in the industry. Reducing corruption and risk results in predictable operation. You can bet on Wagerr.

It is completely anonimous, trustless, decentralized  and also offer amongst the best odds in gambling industry.

I dont personally link my wallet to such gambling sites and like to play as anonymous . Thats the beauty of BTC and associated sites of non-KYC requirement . What I have heard from my network , that tron based blockchain and EOS daps provide such services of linking your wallet to gamble. Also , tron is preffered over EOS as it is much faster. I still feel it is risky to link your wallet and provide private keys to such sites.

It can be out own prerogatives on how we're going to trust the site with this idea on exposing such private keys. Personal matters doesn't need to be shared, but in order to make it more safer we shouldn't let our funds be stored for long periods of time. It must be withdrawn right away if you're not playing anymore.

As far as i know, you can play directly from wallet in luckybit. You just need to copy their address and send it amount which they needed to play/gamble. They have plinko games, so once your deposit come thru them, you can watch your bet

I do no think it is the one asked by OP. As per my understanding, OP is looking for a site where he can play/login using his wallet. There were some sites uses this kind of feature but most of then are ethereum based gambling site where users are able to login using metamask. I myself prefer to avoid such sites because I prefer to use common site where I need to send deposit first to my account instead of connecting my wallet to a gambling site.
If I'm not wrong, what's been requested is something similar to the gambling done on directbet which is the most popular gambling site with cryptocurrency acceptance till date. As in the quote sending from a wallet directly to the game is possible with those kind of scripts. If the need is a decentralized one, then it is possible only through the ethereum smart contract which at present isn't much available.

No it is not. Directbet is the same as luckybit as mentioned by janggernaut, they are on chain gambling site where you need to send your bet from your wallet on you get the payout instantly to the wallet you use to send the bet.
Anyway where have you been so far? How can you say that directbet is still the most popular gambling site till date while it is closed since more than 2 years ago?

That is risky, basically you are giving your private key to that gambling website! It might be a less hassle if your balance get's empty and needed it to be refill by depositing again, but the risk for that is very high you can get hacked or simply if the website decided to turn into scam you have nothing to do on that situation. What I suggest is go on gambling website that is accepting XRP and gamble there, XRP sending balance is instant, or you can play to website that doesn't need confirmation when you are going to deposit, so it will be instant also.

I think we are on the same boat: it solely depends on the smart contract and how it is implemented.
Nevertheless its definitly more risky to connect your wallet directly to a site compared to a classic deposit.

Additionally, a "natural barrier" is missing. Imagine a situation when you are in a loss streak. It is definitly harder to stop playing when your wallet is directly connected and leading to "unlimited" funds compared to an account balance which becomes sooner than later empty and needs to be refilled via deposits.

I think this is quite risky if we play on gambling sites by importing private keys, if the site is a new site then you should not try to get involved to be able to play in it because it is likely that the site has the aim to be able to freely access the wallet of the people who have imported it.

Idea of decentralized exchange is integrating your wallet so you can trade there without actually move funds to exchange but importing means you are giving full control of your wallet to someone which is like giving all funds to gambling site owner and thinks that he won't steal your money.

oh there are many gambling places like that but I have forgotten some of them, the last thing I remember is only trx and eos integrated in their wallet (Lynxwallet and Tronlink). try downloading the wallet and feel the bet at there, in general the place of gambling is the same as the others. the advantage is only in the process of instant transactions directly into the wallet when winning bet.

There are few decentralized sites based on tron blockchain which offer you such services of betting directly from wallet. The one I know about is mentioned below at the bottom. I have not myself tried such platforms as I find it risky to give my wallet info with private key attached to it. You can also try EOS gambling daps but they seem to slow and Tron based platform beat them anytime, thats my personal opinion. The link as promised is

I don't think any of such wallets exists. If does exists, the platform must have full access to your wallet, that is it must have access to your private keys. Do you really think your funds would be safe in such case? Someone else having access to your private keys means you are no longer the only sole owner. The gambling site might scam and take away your coins anytime they wish. What is wrong with depositing your coins to an online casino wallet?

On that situation with the gambling site that potentially scam people, I guess it we should trust this kind of deal. Full access on our wallet should be done privately for a desired user, and there's must be no third parties involved.
All I can suggest is never store a deposited coins at casino wallet, use it with definite purpose during the game. If you won, then always make sure you'll withdraw it right away to avoid being scammed.

There are so many but most of them are TRON, Ethereum and EOS dapps. I don't think this kind of thing is possible with the old coins like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash etc. If you want to get a full list of gambling Dapps on EOS, ETH and TRON blockchains, check out: https://dappradar.com/rankings/category/gambling

Be sure to toggle and rank them basing on the number of Txs and Volume in 24 hours to know the most popular and legit dapps

I tried EOS gambling daps, and they are pretty slow, tron on other side is great for gambling, at least for me. Fast transactions, easy deposits and withdraws from gambling casinos, and some games you can play directly from your wallet, but that is slow. My choice is clearly tron for gambling, at least it's like that for now. Maybe eos can make some progress on this field and become better, for now tron is better in my opinion, better interface, easier to use, faster. Which is more secured is hard to say, eos and tron are pretty safe, which one is better investment in long run and better to have is hard question, here I would give eos a little advantage.

There used to be a lot of websites that allowed you to gamble on-chain and not off-chain like the ones we have but honestly it didn't worth the trouble so people basically stopped playing there. We literally decided which one is better with our wallets, people stopped gambling at satoshidice which was on-chain and they started to play in places like just-dice or primedice and gave them their money and trusted them.

So, if you want to play in an on-chain casino and can't find a proper one, the blame is on the people (including me) who prefered to gamble with their money deposited and don't have to worry about transactions all the time for each single bet. Nitrogen used to be a sportsbook that was on-chain as well I think, you paid to one of their wallets and they paid you back I think, but even they are not like that anymore.

I guess there is but it is too risky.

It sounds like it works like etherdelta, you're just going to input your eth address and private then you could Trade in an instant because it syncs both platform, however in my opinion, this is a double sided sword in which could be the reason why you will lose your money in the future, just in case hackers breach in their security and steal all of their players data to get what they wanted.

I think the casinos won't need the private keys for you to be able to bet like the casinos that allows metamasks. But its true that you will have to be very careful exposing private keys. You just can't trust those people, just don't send out private keys even to the developer of the project. EARNbet is just like one of this casinos, they don't ask private keys. Games in that casino though are just too few.

Aren't you scared if you were to use your online wallet to be accessed by some online betting and gambling platform just because it is an ease of access. Uploading one's private key takes a lot of risks as those keys represents your wallets. Then if ever (there was indeed some) that some platforms offers such feature, would you even do it and take the risk of online anonymous theft? Then having wallet is not necessary at all as the matter eradicates the main purpose of wallet (money security).
^ Probably if there is a feature like this, you can create another wallet beside your main wallet and transfer amount that you can afford before you will trust into them your private key. But at least that is not your main wallet. To be honest, I did not encounter gambling sites such as this. The most common features that I know are using smart contracts when you are depositing a fund to gamble. Probably it is safe but again dont use your main wallet.

There are betting sites which you can use your Scater or Metamask wallet directly, this doesn't need anyone to deposit their coins while playing on the casino site. Ethex.bet is just one of the gambling site that allows you to gamble while your coins are safer.  You will however have to pay for the transactions every time you bet, it will be worth for now since ETH is cheap but 0.005ETH will be worth $10, its going to be a pain.

.. take down the idea of letting a gambling site have direct access to your wallet so you can be safe and always be cautious about this.

The problem is, even if we found a gambling site like that, we aren't sure how legit they are so I think OP should consider instead using the usual betting we are used to which is relying on a gambling site provider.

In any cases and base of some of my friends experience what you want to do is not really safe by indicating that you will let the gambling site to just take over in taking coins from your wallet, And aside from that if a site that is surely not secure I think it will surely end up wasting all your money,

Well, there are pretty secure and long going sites out there that are reliable and secure I guess giving a shot on those and take down the idea of letting a gambling site have direct access to your wallet so you can be safe and always be cautious about this.

Anything decentralized is better for me. Although I haven't tried or even encountered a decentralized gambling site which offers gamblers the ease and convenience of playing or betting directly from one's wallet, I can only imagine how it would erase all the hassles of being suddenly asked for a KYC, or prizes locked for withdrawal, or deposit and withdrawal transactions taking too much time.

. I myself prefer to avoid such sites because I prefer to use common site where I need to send deposit first to my account instead of connecting my wallet to a gambling site.
I second this.
From security perspectives this would be a no-go for me. Imagine a software error which leads the casino to wipe your wallet at once for a failed bet. You can do literally nothing to prevent this (besides reviewing the smart contract and the software in detail) and may end up losing all your coins in exchange for "not having to deposit anything"

In this particular setup, is this possible? I mean in a decentralized gambling site, the site does not have access to your wallet, right? Unlike the conventional setup in which sites have a server where passwords and usernames are stored.
This could be so risky for us and our wallets as the site owners can be so clever and so fast to take all your money away. Gambling is good to pay with your own hands as maybe they later on hack your wallet and take your money or coins so better not to let anyone access or approach your wallet without your own password and private key because it’s about your safety.

I had an experience from directbet deposit which was a fun experience on betting with their dice games. The transaction was too fast to confirm on deposits, but we can't expect more winning moments because in the long run we will lose eventually. I didn't have an experience with eth contract, btc was only the required deposit during that time and hopefully soon we will see eth will be available.

I don’t know any but I love this idea.As for the people who are afraid that their wallet will be compromised simply use a secure operating system like Linux,a hardened one in security like CentOS is a great choice for this.I hope big gambling sites will soon start to implement this idea as it looks ideal from a gambler’s perspective. No boring deposit before placing the bet.I think directbet was such site now that I am recalling and I miss that style of betting.

your right , this isnt what we look for but we look for site that only enables to import directly out wallet or private keys if other option isnt allowed.   these kind of gambling site are etherium based because they are decentralized  . usually mostly altcoins and tokens are listed on a decentralized exchange right ?  gambling is already risky but importing our private key to an online platform adds another risk.  your choice of avoiding them was ok

Not on the bitcoin blockchain, no.

I think that the closest thing you can get is something like a casino that is hosted on a decentralized network like EOS. Check out EOSbet.io if you want, but I'm not exactly sure if that is what you are looking for since you can't just import a private key and start betting AFAIK.

There has been a handful of casino tokens hosted on the ETH blockchain as well although without much adoption. You might want to check them out as well.

I used the service you mentioned earlier (about 2 years ago) and it was a very safe method, but I think there is no such service going on today.  Due to the ever-changing mining time, transfers between accounts, and in some cases, network delays, sending money is no longer the same.  For this reason, I think that such services cannot remain active in the market because they are no longer in demand.

Maybe the "Safest" I can say is none.

Why? Even if we found some gambling sites like that, we don't know their legitimacy or if the service is trustworthy.

That idea is already not new in gambling but no one as of now reaches the status of being popular and reputable. Better stick in the usual way.

Usually these kind of system can be seen on TRON or EOS platform but i havent seen any betting or gambling site nowadays that you can directly bet by importing your key
but rather there are sites that do allow direct betting on a particular line specially on sportsbookies.

I haven't seen that kind of casino and if you're looking for a feature like that, I think it's more empowered by smart contracts or of the same. But those kind of casinos didn't click and has a low amount of interest from the people and most of the casinos now has representative that's assigned in withdrawals.

But there's a way to gamble even without registration though this is completely different from what you are asking. Meanwhile, this is the other feature that you like, bustadice has instant deposits/withdrawals.

But how is this different from wallets like Mycelium or Electrum? We import private keys in these type of wallets too. I think as far as gambling site is taking input in front end then it is safe although I am not expert in this matter.
You should have a basic understanding on the difference between web wallets (hot wallets) and software wallets like Electrum, Bitcoin Core, Mycelium, Bread and other trusted wallets. Desktop/mobile wallets offer full control over your coins and your keys are never stored anywhere apart from the devices. If you have your devices offline, your keys never leave your device and can be used to hold large sums of money. Whereas on the other hand, web wallets like blockchain.info, greenaddress stores your private keys online and these keys were generated online. Your private keys are exposed and you have a higher risk of losing your money if you are connected with web wallets. You are not the only one who has control of your keys and they are online always.

Most of the gambling sites use cold wallets similar to a cryptocurrency exchange and when you transfer your coins to the gambling site address they move to the cold wallet and balances are updated in front end database. Gambling sites doesn't create a separate wallet for each user AFAIK and they depend on a particular hot wallet where they receive funds and they are transferred to cold wallets once they receive them.

Gambling industry is highly regulated, but some alt based gambling sites which run on TRON and EOS blockchain do provide a solution for decentralized gambling casinos. I don't recommend gambling sites which I have never used (since you might have a risk of losing money) but I would rather advice you to stick onto famous and trusted gambling casinos like PlayBetr, FortuneJack, MintDice, CryptoGames and Bustadice instead of risking your private keys and money with a untrustworthy casino.

Those description is slightly similar to an on chain gambling site but you can't import private keys. The only similarity between the two is the way the bets are processed the ones I used to play on didn't require any approval once the bet is played out the winnings are sent back immediately except for larger bets(1btc+) I assume it's for security.

Only sports betting sites allow that I believe, though services have completely shifted off of that though and have since let their users deposit on their wallets instead for bonuses and such. There are some lottery pots here and there that have appeared over the course of years which implemented this, but even those were completely out of the radar now. It would be nice though to have a decentralized betting system on some casino games though it will be a hassle knowing that every bet needs to go through the blockchain and need some confirms before it gets accepted as a valid bet so as to avoid cheating. While it the chances of a double spend nowadays is little especially on low amounts, it still is a possibility that gambling operators try to avoid.

Ohh! I never played any gambling sites before that does it and I thought it isn't possible. Well, I am really new to gambling sites, to be honest, but for me, I guess it's for best that you never connect your wallet if ever you are betting to these sites the risk is still there. And if ever I stumble upon this I guess it's better if they offer cryptocurrencies that have good transaction speed like XRP, XLM or TRX it is a much better option.

But I think this is not safe if you will use your main wallet, I have doubt that it will lead hack in trusting your private key into the gambling platform. IMO, use a disposable wallet for this.

I had heard that before, there is a gambling site that allows users to bet directly from their wallets. You need to import your bitcoin wallet but in most cases, they are decentralized gambling sites. Like poker and sports betting sites. Also, peer-to-peer gambling sites have on this kind of feature. The transactions of bet to be played directly between those players crypto wallet, rather than the house edge will hold the fund.

Actually I want to see any example of the working of such gambling site. I want to see how house charge commission when funds are still hold by the players. It would be amazing concept if any platform is able to achieve this. People no longer have to look for the gambling licence, such sites could automatically be trusted.

electrum and mycelium arent web based right ? that  is why they are safer but web wallets like mew that can also use private keys are risky , same as with these kind of gambling that needs a private key  . metamask is recomended to add extra saftey by doing web transactions like this  . i already saw a dex gambling site on the past , if you want you can check them to see how they work although dex gambling site means that they dont need licence to be trusted , its hard to gain trust if they cant see any proof of thier legitimacy  .

Probably jackpot/lottery, but importing your private key its a big risk. Most of them only need to connect your metamask, for making a signature transaction.

Because, some of the casino/gambling platforms can provide a jackpot/lottery went used only need to send the fund directly to the jackpot/lottery address. No need to register to participate in the jackpot/lottery they can track everyone who participates to the jackpot/lottery using smart contract and transaction history. Went the jackpot/lottery was rolled, they will send automatically the fund to the winner.
