Almost any miner has some API, you can write a simple software that interrogates those API yourself.
Many of those software are freely available and you can find them directly in this section of the forum

But I am not programmer! Would you please suggest some of these free apps? And what is the best one?

Left menu, look for Simple Rig Resetter.

SimpleRigResetter is a HARDWARE which autoresets freezed/crashed mining rigs
No more wasting time and driving to different locations in order to reset stupid rigs !!!
You will be also able to manage this manually by Windows application (see video)
Many people bought this device and they are very happy about it Smiley

Hi,

I heard there is an hardware (which should be installed in your motherboard) that monitor the rig. For example, it check if system or pool is freezes and then restart the PC and auto start the pool.
