No, the country where you, the business owner, is located. If you don't understand that, I would you aren't ready to start up a business yet
And yeah, I did state that. Honestly speaking, I'm not ready yet to start it up because of this legal stuffs. That's why I'm asking ideas around so that I would be in the right direction. Thanks so much for that.
