Don't know exactly, but I think that SEC banned all US citizens from trading crypto and investing in ICO. But you can always trade using company's account which is registered anywhere outside the US.

I think etoro allows people to look at others portfolios, and I believe they do cryptocurrency too.

stocktwits doesn't seem to have a good aggregator of crypto trading
1broker shut down it's crypto copy-trading
coindash doesn't seem to have copy-trading up and running
eToro doesn't allow US users

I don't even need to have something control my trading, I'd just like to see public portfolio performance of people.   To see who the actual good traders are.

Where can I find public performance and stats of individual traders?
