Their are so many members who are very active in this forum and at a glance you can see their name all over here like jet cash, suchmoon, loyceV, Quickseller, ognesty, vod, Lauda, DdmrDdmr, iesenko, bitmover etc.
Those members are long lived on the forum. Besides Meta - where all things about forum are dicussed, you can find them on Reputation with a lot of funny dramas. But if you really want healthy serious talks, take a look at Serious discussion or even Ivory Tower. You can also find a lot of other prestigious, active experts on other boards, for example gmaxwell in Development & Technical Discussion or squatz1 in Politics & Society. Even a trashy board like Altcoin Discussion has an altcoin nerd tk808.

Bitcointalk is like a small society with all kind of interesting stuff. Rather than asking for a good board, you should browse and experience yourself. Don't just search for people base on merit stats. A member has a big number of merits doesn't necessarily means he's a quality poster (though it's true for almost cases). You're a new member, you have a lot of time.

Most of members that you mentioned is just a users of this forum. Only DdmrDdmr and LoyceV are AI (Artificial intelligence) and Lauda is a cat.
Now seriously, they are all users of forum like all of us. No doubt that they have great knowledge about crypto and it's interesting to read content that they are posting. And some of them have some responsibilitues gere, for example OgNast is helding big part of forum funds, Lauda been moderator of forum in past and now providing escrow services.
If you're looking for some stats and list of users, probably BPIP.org is what you're looking for. You can find most trusted, most merited, most recognized and users with most posts there. And more interesting stats.

I think I have read a thread somewhere where there is a list of forum users who earn lots of merit because of their posts that contributes to the forum and their skills but sadly I forgot where I found the thread. Anyway, the skills and other information about a certain forum user is based on the forum users achievement and things he/she did for the forum. The best solution for now is you manually check it yourself and the bpip.org provided by the generous forum experts in here.

I would like to add this if you are looking for active members here on the forum.

Here's the link https://bpip.org/

The good thing there you can fully see all stats of their account and other things you need like merit; most recognized; and most trusted users are listed there.

You can always check each and every profile you like manually by clicking on their name and going to Show the last posts of this person or Show the last topics started by this person. Focus on the board names that appear and in that way you will know where they spend most of their time.

I think there is a great diversity amongst the active members of the forum, and a wide range of skills and abilities.

I'm an ex mainframe systems programmer, who diversified into enjoying life and spending too much time with the wrong women. I'm here because I'm a dedicated believer in Bitcoin, and I understand how a virtual asset can have a real financial value. There is a similarity between creating a Bitcoin block and writing a book for publication. Very few people seem to appreciate this.

I'm also opposed to eugenics and the destruction of national identities and customs. I may prefer ballet to flamenco dancing, but the world would be a poorer place if national dances were banned. I believe that the only way to counter the current world control by the elite in the morphed British Empire is to improve communication between the  populations of all world countries, and the use of English helps with this. This is the reason I started the Fit to Talk English project. Hopefully I'll have a bit more timer in the near future, and I will try to revive that forum.

I was working on something related to that but later stopped. It was all about categoring most active forum members into their various area of specialization. Like the likes of DdmrDdmr and loyceV were categorize under "Statistics" giving DdmrDdmr merit related statistics and LoyceV General forum Statistics e.g Trust & merit. But I stopped due to the fact, most active forums members fell under the "General knowledge" category.

What I was trying to do was in the form of, placing them in each category and subcategory i listed out based on their contribution on that category but most users were all angled i.e A skimmed through thier past post history couldn't give me a pinpoint of their area of specialization like how that of LoyceV, Lauda, Suchmoon and DdmrDdmr did. Jet cash was one of those users, he's more active in serious discussion board so had to place him under general knowledge. Had other users that were placed under mining, bitcoin support, Altcoin even giveways etc.

All I'm saying is most active users of the forum are all angled, they're engage in almost all aspect of discussions on the forum with exception to Altcoin discussion.

Is they are just a member like me or they hold a some kind of responsibility in this forum.

People who have a responsibility (or at least supposed to have some) in this forum are either DT members or staff members. You can see the list of DT members on your trust settings page, and staff will have a 'Staff' or 'Moderator' tag next to their name. Most of the member that you named above is DT members iirc. Apart from that, they're regular forum user like you.

There are lies, damned lies and statistics. MTwain
<…>
There a couple of useful stats that may help you compile a list of a kind, such as the stats pointed out by @Kakmakr (bear in mind that they are all time, and you cannot delimit them to a shorter timeframe) or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats, or even some threads that hint/know which of them may be Merit Sources ([TOP-200] The most generous users giving merits) or DT members (Complete overview of users on DT1 and DT2 and their ratings - which may change periodically).

Even so, I’d say that the compilation of profiles is likely a rather personal matter since it relates to your personal preferences (topics, style and so forth) and even, at some point, to forum political standpoints. For example, looking through the names you provide in the OP, I often read posts by 4 of them, skim through some by 4 more, and currently have one of them on my (short) ignore list.

That is easy, just click here ---> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=stats   -- You just go to the homepage and then click forum stats at the bottom and then look at the Top 10 posters on there. It is not always the Top 10 posters that are providing the best quality posts, but you will find that some of those people are one or two of the most active posters on here.

People like DanniHamilton does not post a lot anymore, but he has some of the best quality posts on this forum and you just need to read through his post history to find quality information.  Wink
