I think this is one of the main reasons people are scared to invest in bitcoin,  There is a very real possibility of over 1 million btc being dumped by satoshi and crashing the price.
Why would he kill his own creation?

Also, how would he withdrawal almost $7 billions to his bank account? Or $20 billions if he sold at the ATH of $20k? (lol)

If it is true he could have even 1 million bitcoin cause since bitcoin has started there is this number of bitcoin on one account and they are just being there for 9 years.

Every block was mined to a different address so there's no way of knowing how many Satoshi has. We can only categorically link him to block 1 when Bitcoin was created, and the address that sent 10 BTC to Hal Finney. Everything else is pure guesswork.

I tried to research it but in wikipedia stated only that "Hal Finney" received 10 BTC from Satoshi Nakamoto and recorded as the 1st bitcoin Transaction in Jan 2009. Any source or article that will testify that how many Pre-mined Bictoin does Satoshi Nakamoto have?

There was no pre mine. Bitcoin was open to everyone from the first second it launched. The problem is that no one gave a shit for a long, long time which is why Satoshi ended up with so many coins. Someone had to keep the network going to attract users.

I don't believe the 1 million coins thrown around all the time, but it must be several hundred thousand.

AFAIK there was no pre-mine. Everyone could mine Bitcoins back in 2009. Satoshi had a lot of coins because he was mining his own creation from day 1, and with those coins he made his first transaction.

As to how many coins he has, no one can know for sure. But some people estimate that he has around 1 million BTC.

You can Mine only Bitcoin if there is a Transaction done on blockchain if i'm not correct.

You can mine the first block easily, even create a structured none reward block/s
