TPS and general transaction data is critical data in the future;
currently no coin is really utilized beyond speculation except BTC.

That will change, and rapidly once digital payments capture a segment of the greater payment networks.  The BTC cost per TX is insane ... $10 ... and the clear function of BTC for very large settlements.  Likely dozens of coins have the capacity to out 'preform' BTC as more cost effective.  But the market is likely to be fickle and quick to move from one 'popular' chain to the next.

2017-2020 will determine the core ALT payment networks.

2016 is more about demonstrating that ALTs have a place alongside BTC. And determining what those places are.

Not that I'm aware of. Your list is probably the first but I could be wrong. If your aiming to find a project with TPS solutions. The only project I'm aware of that has applied a block size solution is Vcash. Developer John Conner enabled an adaptive block size algorithm in the latest Vcash update 0.4.7. According to the devs the autonomous block size implementation allows Vcash to scale to ∞ TPS. http://v.cash/news.php

hey, pssst, lemme tell you a secret: tps don't matter because we can always launch a new chain when one is full. Tps isn't everything. Think about bloat and centralisation that results from it.

The more tps the lower the decentralization longterm, what a dilemma, eh?
Just launch the next chain to keep it all healthy. But currently not even btc would be full if it wasn't spammed by the large blockist crybabies.

Tps is a non-issue.

More: large blocks will fall out of sync and increase risk of forking the network because of latency.
Mr. Andresen tries to bambuzle everyone. But currently i think we are safe as he's busy damaging eth.

'bitbeans' has 20mb blocks - i think it should be broken already. If not, then it will be once someone starts spamming it.

The ranking you are looking for is not really important. A more important thing in a coin is how many people are using it and what for.
