You may want to ask around a couple of trucking companies. You are looking to ship LTL. They have rate sheets that are controlled by the Interstate Commerce Commission and they can quote you really easily. Know your dimensions and weight, to and from addresses and you are all set. And a whole lot less freight rape.
I shipped a bike box filled with a bike and other things that weighed 65lbs from Wisconsin to Utah. For about $40 including the insurance. I used FedEx Ground, it took about two weeks to get it there though. I was in no rush though. The box was kind of damaged, but the contents were fine.

Be prepared to pay around $300, almost not worth it. I had a brand new massage chair shipped to my house before and it was malfunctioning. Wasn't even worth returning...fortunately I got it to be about 80% functional.
Fedex freight can do pallets and crates, but that can be $200-$400 depending on the class "density" and weight. You'd need to sign up for an account, and then even the magic 8 ball can't even predict what they'll actually charge after delivery even after you give it your best estimation.

FedEx or UPS should handle either but unless you're a big vendor be prepared for shipping rape.
