There is no such option available as of now but koinpro.com which is the leveraged trading platform has CFD contracts on all of the major world indices so you can do leveraged trading on the indices like S&P500, FTSE 100, DAX 30, etc with your bitcoins but you can only do 100x leverage as of now and they don't have the option to reduce the leverage at this point in time.

I think you are looking for something like etoro or Charles Schwab to buy stocks like Tesla and Apple. I too have been searching for an option that could let me deposit and withdraw in crypto but non of them provides the option. You can easily convert your crypto to Skrill or AdvCash but you need to verify your KYC in order to do so. And you also need to verify you KYC in the trading platform so there's no use of depositing exclusively on crypto.

There are ALTcoins/BTC trading pairs on almost every crypto exchange, you can trade on those pairs to use your bitcoins to earn more bitcoins.

Here I'm confused. You need something similar to ETH/USD or you want to trade stocks? If stocks than there is currently no such thing that has established position - trust, good volume = low spreads.
If you want to trade stocks without selling BTC you can:
1- open trading account in your bank or any other broker that allows to trade stocks
2- loan USD and use BTC as collateral - you can use https://www.binance.com/en/loan to do that - "Annual Interest Rate 9.06%"
3- Use USD to trade stocks and convert profit into BTC.
