Gym now are starting to reopen, the one near here are open since couple of weeks ago.
Businesses are reopening for places that don't have hot spots for covid19 inspection. And that's why your area has their gyms reopening again.

i work out from home
I've done this but it doesn't work for me.

Only you can motivate yourself and on my part, that's the hardest.

I usually attend the gym and it helps tons to take care of body fitness but almost everything is off now due to corona when left unmanaged they will be left astray and lose the proper path first of all you'll have digestive problems because your body could easily digest food through exercise. But now your body is unable to digest that food there'll be reluctance in any work and you'll become lazy and lazy day by day therefore it's better to practice regularly reception.

Not familiar on that but i admire your dedication mate, from Gym to House base work out,Maybe you can give us some tips on what are those routine from Home.

I have been doing sports regularly for two years, the best advice I can give you is :
• When you first start the sport, you will start with minimum weight and increase it over time.
• Instead of doing sports periodically, you will make it a part of your life and you will not quit. Short-term body development will harm you and after a while, your regional lubrication will start again.
• If you become a habit of sports, you will pay attention to the foods you eat and create a program accordingly.

Last year I was going regularly to the Gym, to either do some weights, swimming or just play some sports with friends on the open court. But not because of corona, the Gym are closed in my country. I actually stopped my membership in the beginning of the year when the first lockdown happened. The membership fee is just too high and when you can't really use it.

I used to go to Kung Fu training. I decided that was more practical than going to the gym, as I was living in London at the time. Haven't been for years, and I should probably go back now that I am hitting middle age.

What is your deadlift weight without any gear for 8 reps? (if you do this without anabolic steroids)
What are your other power records?
Or maybe there are records related to cardio, etc.
I go to the gym, so I would be interested to know this
By the way, now I am lifting weights at home, as I have everything I need for this. How did you decide that?

I like to go to a gym if i have someone to go with me since I get bored very easily.

My workout will include mostly cardio (like 15 minutes on a treadmill) then some moderate lifting weights.

But my gym I visit is now closed cause of Covid so I am only doing some light cardio around my home.

Me too Grin
But right now, I am just doing plank Grin
I am interested in that, and it doesn't need too long to finish. But a few years ago, I often go to the gym, but I don't go to that place after I am busy.

I used to go to the gym for two years, but I stopped, tried some free weights at home and now I'm going to a climbing gym, it seems a bit more fun for me.

I can't remember the last time I hit the gym. I do normal press ups at home and go on a long trekking distance. This is how I keep myself fit.

I used to go to gym for some time before lockdown started and then in between due to lockdown the gym has being closed and later than I started to exercise by myself and joined one off the app so that can do some exercise as the trainer suggest. It’s an alternate way but to remain fit and healthy you need to stretch yourself and exercise it.

I don't have enough time for the gym. Usually, I train intensely at home with my own weight. As it turned out, even this is enough to keep yourself in good shape.

I stopped going to the gym when the corona lock down hit my city. Since a few months the gyms are back open but it doesn't feel the same when you are working out with a mask. Also I really enjoyed going to the pool and sauna after the workout, both of which are still closed. Now I am just doing some biking and running in the park near my house. Maybe in the winter I will be going back to the gym, but for now I am just saving up the gym money.

I went to the gym to keep the folds in my stomach after giving birth to get back taut. but since this outbreak, I haven't go to the gym for 5 months and only do Kegel exercises and regular abdominal exercises at home.

I did some serious work out in the gym a couple of years ago. The biggest accomplishments were a couple of 100 kg chest presses and 5 squats with a 140 kg bar. Now my free time has diminished, so before the pandemic I sometimes dropped by for training, but mostly in order not to lose shape at all.

I just went to the gym a few times and it wasn't followed for a year or two. Now that I've gained that much weight, I'm starting to go for cardio and will purchase my exercise bike.

I don't have any exercise plan but I just want to get some sweat through biking at home. I find it effective for others and hope that it will be the same for me.

It was a long time I don't go to the gym, and now I prefer to do it at home.

Right now, I am trying to do a plank. You can search the video on Youtube. It's not difficult, but it's good for your body Grin

I'd hope someone in this forum actually goes to the gym haha. i personally don't. I tried once, got a panic attack after 2 minutes of doing cardio. Social anxiety sucks.
