If you're talking about Susi.D's rating, then I don't think that that's spam because she only left one rating like that.
Spam (= very high volume or significant repetition) is removed, but this is rare. Spamming trust ratings is pretty useless since they're only visible to members, untrusted ratings are hidden by default, and spammed ratings will be removed.

I would contact theymos about it. If someone is spamming their email address then he will possibly remove the email address from your trust.

I'm not sure if this is true, I believe the trust system is mostly left unmoderated except in extreme cases. For example dogie's untrusted feedback is almost entirely pointless spam, yet nothing has been done to remove it, although that might just be because dogie never requested for it to be removed.
The difference is that doggie has a bunch of baseless claims against him while the OP has an email address that is not claimed to be owned by the OP by the person leaving it. The intent of the feedback left is to get people to contact the person leaving the feedback via email

Trust feedback are not moderated. If you want to have the abusive feedback removed by poster you should contact him/her and ask him/her. It's Worth to note that poster gave you only a neutral feedback thus Your rating will not be affected by that person's trust score.
