wallets can not form money
it is simply a device to store your money in
it does not have any access or control to your money
it is not an exchange where you can gain profit just from keeping money in it or from sending and receiving money
unless you are planning on stealing someone else’s wallet then there’s no way for you to gain money just from having a wallet alone

Cold wallet is where you install your wallet on a device with no internet connection at all and forever so you can't make money via storing crypto currency in cold wallets.
