You can deposit and withdraw Bitcoins anytime according to your convenience. Is not like stocks where you have to wait till you spend the required timeframe.
I do think that you have to work on elaborating your questions more.

But in the same context, there are things like
Bitcoin futures, a company where this this are regulated to an extent.

I do think op means if he does have the freedom to buy/sell as he please.

And if you mean a matter of withdrawals and storage, regardless of where you feel Bitcoin is safe on an exchange or on a hard wallet. You can do this any time you need to. But considering the current fees are still expensive, it's better to just trade your bitcoins to increase your daily income, so that it becomes a profit. As for the hard wallet, then whether you want to send it or not, the cost must be considered from the total bitcoins you have.

There are very few posts around here that actually make me smile, but you've accomplished exactly that!

That question either needs to be rephrased, clarified or scrapped entirely. Bitcoin is not on an ACH schedule, and transactions are not manually processed.
Bitcoin is a constantly moving system, that isn't restricted to business hours.

Unless your coins are on an exchange, you have complete control over where they go and when. If you're asking about a particular exchange, then you'd have to check with how they do things when it comes to your coin.

As long as you have it in your BTC wallet, you can withdraw from and to that wallet at any instance of time. It may take more than usual time to arrive or land to respective wallet. That's it.

A time limit between a deposit and a withdraw can also assumed to be 60 minutes for an initial withdraw processing and 120 minutes for a completed and confirmed withdraw on the network (assuming the highest priority is sought for in fees).
