1 post every 2 minutes. This is insane.

Just report it. These people are surely farming accounts to be promoted to higher rank or their campaigns offered more reward when they have posted more than their quota.

I don't think I've ever posted in a local board section but I can see they're full of utter shit posting. Nothing you can do really other than report spamming etc & hope the mods take action if it's bad or frequent enough by said poster.

I've found interesting rule in his signature campaign:
Both will live side by side and most likely will work together on creating tokens and launching ICO's for them
You get a 25% bonus, which really is a lot considering you need to invest at least 10ETH
I didn't know this is possible, but he actually posted 2 times within 38 seconds  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Or this one: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/xrpdavid-1005207 etc

As mentioned already, report spam to moderator and ignore them, if you continue to open new threads in meta for every spammer you find you will shortly spam this board with spam reports.

If you see that user is spamming by making many garbage posts in short period, report his posts to moderators instead of adding to ignore list. Spammers deserves to get ban

You are quite funny. He is destroying the forum and I think that we should avoid that from happening. Ok, you can go ignore the IRMA storm as well as Harvey and also ignore North Korean nuclear too Wink your life is such boring.
Nice analogies. There's a certain degree of separation between those things. It's like comparing a mayfly to a crocodile. You wanted to avoid spam? You can do so by ignoring it. Or report his posts and add useful comments.

Better on the local boards than on the  English section,  IMO.  I'm actually glad to see some sig campaigns paying for local board posts.  I think it's a great idea,  because it doesn't hurt to advertise to that population, even if the advertising doesn't reach as many people.  ICOs are illegal in the US anyway.

Nevertheless,  this guy is either furiously trying to rank up or is trying to meet his shitpost quota in record time.  Probably needs a good old temporary suspension.

Edit: As actmyname said, just report this idiot's posts and use the ignore button.  That's all you can do. Creating a thread and bitching about it doesn't help much.

See that blue button on the bottom-left of user profiles when they post? It's called "Ignore".
But yeah, there was a period of time where he posted 5 times in <4 minutes. Request EAL EFS to take a look.
