Make a group PM, but individually ask each participant beforehand.
Probably because of the amount of useless repetitions that public threads accrue.

Create a Telegram or a Discord group/server. Discord group is better because you can keep the anonymity.

What information are you after exactly - Like do you need a DT member to discuss with or a specifically ranked member?
