First, I thought that this member might be having problems with communication skills but after reading the post, I think this post is made with some spinner. In the response, he first says that it is good to save bitcoins for children and then in next line he says one should sell when price increases.
I checked other posts of this member as well and many of them are not relevant to thread. If you see the structure of posts made by him in bounty section, they are perfect.
