My post was removed by a mod, I don't know if there something to do with that, but those posts are logged in the modlog.
Maybe that happens when a post is deleted by moderators.
It's not good. Because in this case, if a spammer makes a post and moderators delete that, that post can still bump the thread.

I get to see something different which I guess is a bug as it's not visible in incognito mode: http://prntscr.com/pmqf3x
It's happening since yesterday.
That's something different. A hard refresh solves your problem. This has been already discussed.

Is there by any chance that it's not a bug and the last post section even if the post was deleted was to identify who are the true members who have created the last post? What I mean about that is this some kind of way to identify bumping bots/services in the past and hasn't been removed in the forum even after the new bumping system has been introduced?
I don't think so. Because when I tested that in this thread, that doesn't happen. The deleted post no longer was shown as the last post.

I just tested the function in this thread. I made a post and then deleted that. Once my post was deleted, my post was no longer the last post shown. Seems that something is different on that thread.

The service section prevents users from deleting posts until 24 hours from the time it was posted. So I think the system functions differently for posts made on Meta and posts made in the service board, when a moderator deletes the post.
Would be interesting to see if it's still the last post after 24hours in the event that there is no new reply on the thread.

I just encountered the same thing earlier today. One of my threads had a post made by "XYZ" (forgot his actual username) but when I checked it, the post was not visible.

Most probably nuked like the above.

The post has been deleted, I guess it will take some processing time to refresh the cache, same as when you change your avatar, it takes some time (the old sessions should expire) before you can see your avatar.

Just do a hard refresh
I pressed CTRL+F5. But it wasn't helpful. The last post is still be iasenko while there is no post by him in the thread.
I think when a post is deleted and no post is made after that, the deleted post is still shown as the last one.
As far as I remember this wasn't like this before.

I am seeing that one as well, by the way, how hard refresh is done? From the last database error happen I just did clear my browser's cache to make it appear normal again for the site and I just did the same thing within this case by now but still seeing the same. Maybe @iasenko did a post on that thread and he deleted it in an instant and we are seeing that he is the one appeared to be on the last post or reply but it's not.

Yes, He has deleted a post. That has been archived on Loyce.club.
In this way, deleted post are still able to bump a thread. But shouldn't be like this and I remember wasn't like this before.

From the last database error happen recently what I just did is clear my browser's cache to make it appear normal again and I just did the same thing within this case by now but still seeing the same issue. I am assuming @iasenko did a post on that thread and he deleted it in an instant and we are seeing that he is the one appeared to be on the last post or reply but actually it's not.

Just do a hard refresh
Edit:
Okay I see it, I thought you were pointing the css mismatch issue that we had.

The last post was from iasenko on the topic. Mod deleted it but when they delete I think it just get hidden from us regular users. But in the topic it's still there and this is the reason I believe we are seeing iasenko as the last poster.

Here is the screenshot from "Services" board

http://archive.is/gExCQ

The last post in ChipMixer thread has been made by iasenko.
But There is no post made by iasenko in the thread.

He has probably made a post and deleted that. But is it normal that the deleted post is still showing as the last post?

I visited " services" board page once again some minutes later.

The last post is still by iasenko. But there is no post by him in the thread.
