Just got update from eBay Loss Prevention Department that the seller is not a genuine seller and not to pay him for the item  Smiley

So, you're saying: when something was too good to be true, it actually turned out to be too good to be true?  Grin

Just got this below youtube video of Kncminer:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=foeBUcagT2s

If you look at the banner back.. it says Jupiter - 350GH/s
But in website its mentioned as Jupiter - 400GH/s

Which one is correct?

Product is real.. Just doubting the seller as in item description seller has mentioned as "This order is due in September, second day in queue".
But in kncminer website I saw that the first batch is getting dispatched by mid of october.

"By mid October".  So the first orders will ship in late September and go through mid October.

Still the product being real doesn't mean the seller is legit.  You are concentrating on the wrong thing.
KNC is real, the product is real, the timeline is real, but you may still end up with nothing.

Exactly... As the problem with eBay is that any dispute needs to be raised within 60 days of making the payment.. But I am not sure whether receiving product will be within this timeline or will exceed

Well, beautiful Chinese woman who usually sells ties and with 121 100% positive feedback, what can go wrong?

Well, Paypal is the payment method, so a refund is possible, I guess...

It may be a genuine pre order, however the price is at a too good to be true amount, I would be high skeptical, and reluctant to buy it. More likely than not, its a scam. However, as a buyer on Ebay, it may be worth the risk, knowing that you can chargeback if need be.

Edit* Just checked the KNC Store, and they would have had to pay 3,800 Euros for that preorder. For 400 Euros, I'd say theres a 99% chance its a scam.
