Camera's are not my area of specialty but give it a try.
Good enough for taking pictures occasionally, if that's fine for you then buy it 
If you want a descent camera just for taking some shots, not like a professional photos, it's a nice choice.
However, with few bucks more you can get a good second hand DSLR camera with basic 18-55mm lens if you are planning on developing some skills or if you simply want a better quality camera for the time ahead.

I have to say that it is not so high quality camera but average one. You may go for it.
Is quite decent, nothing really special about it.
Depends what you are going to be using it for if not for professional looking photos its a real good camera especially if you are new to taking photos or something which you don't mind bumping now and again.
Its just decent not more
