Is this site a template you bought? Because it says that you have Website Design/applications developers , which means that they can easily communicate with other developers.
In addition, how do you build a project when you do not even have a developer and are not sure if it is possible or not?
Finally the developer of the project is an essential part of it and therefore it is wrong to rely on unknown freelancer developers with short term employment (maybe they will add some backdoors)
