Checking the site, I confirmed that the site owner does share his affiliate link and for now, the site is not a scam site but in the future, it may turn out to be the story of the good girl turn bad cause anything can happen after the site gains huge exposure and in other to more careful it better to use the original site.

Not all Google Ads are scam. Some I have seen just like the link you shared are referral links to popular sites that are offering referral bonuses, but this does not mean you should trust them (Google Ads)
Obviously Google is getting paid to display the ads in the search results so expect anything, some will be malicious or phishing site while others will just be referrals.

If you want to avoid such annoying Ads in your search results, install and use ad blocking add-ons like uBlock Origin.

Also, the title is misleading as it says 75% off which doesn't make any sense at all to me.

I googled stake.com and this ad came up - https://getstake.live/

Now I was wondering whether it is a scam or just a referral link because anywhere I click on this page, it takes me to the actual stake.com with a referral link, but then why does it have to be shown in the google results?
