It would make more sense if you shared the link of the address or transaction ID

But I think it's just a wrong price quotation or estimation. It's a common scenario, especially with the pump and dump shitcoins. Don't get too excited. I know of a guy who thought he was going to exchange tokens he though were worth over $100K only to get Ether worth less than $1000  Grin

Correct me if I'm wrong. You're pointing out two tokens that have different quantities and values. I don't see the arbitrage on that end. We don't know if it is.
The $0.89 obviously is just a few tokens of XYO while the $2.5M, look at the quantity on how many ETHM was transferred.

It's either arbitrage or a malfunction on the site giving the quotes (eg if it loads up quotes from the wrong place or somewhere with low volume which last traded for a high price).
