It's easy to get frustrated as a customer but pretend you own a casino for a moment.  As a owner you have to deal with a multitude of problems, angry customers, cheaters, etc.  It can be quite overwhelming to run a casino with all the responsibilities of customer service that goes alongside operations.  It's important to have patience and a sense of understanding from their point of view.

This sounds suspicious. If you look at the chat log, the customer support never mentioned that, he received the free spins. May be he is not good at resolving customer related issues as it is obvious from the way he cut the conversation with the client. This is not the right way to deal with players anyway.
Well such sort of fields are always mutually affecting. If the communication from both ends aren’t be in proper way and suitable one, then the things can’t go on so smoothly. Reason is, like in this case, all clients should be respectable in their talk and don’t utter any unnecessary thing to operator. On the other hand, things must be in good way from operators as well for good results.

Probably they have too many emotions that made them fee personal. It’s not going to be any better if the people handling it are not trained or just doesn’t care too much with that. It’s not going to be the best casino if they continue that way. I hope you have the heart to forgive them.

Obviously casinos try to give support as much as they can but lets face two real problems when an online casino works for which both a huge problem for casino but still not a problem of customer. One big deal is that this is a bitcoin online casino, they probably hire online and try to find cheap workers to work with because it is really hard to get workers in land when you are an already online business.
Second part is its hard to see which complains are real and which are just cry babies, since its gambling there are a lot of people who cry foul whenever they lose money, it becomes really hard to see which one is which at heavy traffic days. However even tho these are real problems casinos face, none of them are gamblers problem.

you can see that customer service at many sites is not good enough to give the answer to their customer. and from here, I wonder why you want to use free spins and not try with the free coin (if the site offers to their customer to try their site) so you can try their game. and if the site doesn't have a free coin to their customer, I think you can deposit a small amount to test their site and to look over if their site is good enough or not. I think in this point, you are getting a lesson and I hope that you do not make the same mistake and this is a good lesson to us to not making the mistake like this in the future. I hope that you get better luck in the future.

I believe that the problem was rather about the agent, than about the online casino itself. Some kind of mistake must have happened and the right thing to do in such a situation would be to give those free 40 spins no matter whose mistake it was just to act civilly and avoid conflicts. Maybe after a year some managers and the team in bitcasino have changed, so now they apologise even about the past conflicts, that were caused by the old team members. They've decided to start a sig campaign all of a sudden, I think it means that change is coming.  
Maybe chance for an exit scam too, Shocked (no offense just my opinion)

It's indeed a year old thread, but as it was bumped up and we had not noticed it earlier we felt
it needs to be correctly addressed considering the service our customer service gave at the time being.

Where Adam is referring to is most likely the Tell us a Joke promotion taken out of context.
The promotional code we sent to our customers was a working one. Smiley Otherwise this forum would have been infested with similar claims.

I'm bit confused here you are complaining about 40 free spins and then suddenly to claim 40 free spins you bet 60 btc? Or you meant 60 mbtc? Did you take screen shot of your earlier logs or the pop up you mentioned, I don't know why they would deny you a free spin but their history has no chat records, there's just to many loose ends, anyway waiting to hear what did they say to you finally.

Chat representatives have rules they must follow, sometimes they follow them a little too closely rather than escalating the situation to a manager when necessary. However, if they genuinely can't find your chat log, maybe you signed in from a different account or IP address? You should find out what they're basing your search on. Also, sometimes you get a chat log after your chat ends sent to your email, might as well check that for additional evidence.

Hello

I have some information for everyone.

I have been watching this casino after they scammed me and started to see a bunch more complaints.

I learned something today.

Adam the support agent everyone hates is traybar. If you check out traybars posts he only posts when someone attacks bitcasino or sportsbet.

Also the account was recently up for sale out of nowhere when people start to say they were a scam he  posts

Before this account had normal posting and then the account started only attacking people that where saying the casino was a scam.

Also beyond that adam admitted he was traybar is chat and then closed the chat out before i could do anything.

Just another thing this casino does that is pretty shitty.

You only showed one chat log that made him look bad. Adam is one of the nicest support people there always helpful always polite. Either that or you caught him on a bad day. Who knows. But its laughable you are going to quit over a couple US Dollars.

Its called false advertising and he is right to complain about it, if he can't trust them over this small thing why should he trust them with big amounts of money?

Customer support should be more professional than this too. It's not the amount but the principal of it which is worth a lot more than the few dollars the promo was offering.

They are usually very accommodating when you use their 24/7 support. A lot of people are trying to cheat the system, so I reckon they get a bit

irritated if they see "strange" things like this, but it is not professional to handle it this way. They should investigate and show you proof that you used

your free spins. What proof do you have that you deposited the coins you said you did? I hope it gets resolved quickly... try them again.  Wink

I don't think bitcasino will put their reputation on line for just those 40 free spins which might have came with high wager requirement. What I think has happened was, OP might have used those free spins without knowing it same thing have happened to me in different casino. I realized that I have used those free spins by going into my betting history.

However that support staffs should be fired if he is claiming that the promotion have already ended even when it was still active at the time OP have used it.  Grin

Also to bitcasino.io, check the chat logs, your representative clearly stated he cannot add the free-spins because the promotional period is over. I did not see any response from your representative stating that based on your data the free-spins have been consumed. And he just cut the conversation with the client.

I have worked on retention/loyalty dept of a company in the US for 2 years and 60% of our disconnections are because of bad customer service experience.

To OP, yes go ahead and look for other casinos who will treat you better, win or lose.

Anyway, usually casinos are really stingy when it comes to free stuff. Don't expect your life to be easy with their promotions. It would be near impossible to reach their requirements to be even able to withdraw it.

I have never used them before but that chat log is horrible. It is standard practice to ask if there is anything else they can do for you and wait for the customer to close the chat even if you can't help them. They definitely need to hire better customer support agents.

I will be sending them a message. I don't know if its protocol for them to do this or if one of their employees just really doesn't like his job.
I followed the instructions, I even received an on site pop up message that the 40 free spins were added.

I know 20mbtc isn't a lot, however, no amount or customer should be treated like this.

Little bit confusing between two parties.If the promotional email stated may 21st is the last day of the promo then you did make a deposit before on that date then you should really be credited and also in times you are talking with the support you should mention this about the email you recieved and the proofs thats you deposited on that day.Usually bonuses credited automatically and not manually.I see its your error not to them.

Sorry man but I've never had any issues with any of their free spin promos. I enter the code make the qualifying deposit and you go into the slot and they are automatically added.

If you are going to judge them like this most likely because of your own error your loss.

Just today I redeemed a VIP free spin promo for 10x10mbtc spins on Money Farm. with 250mBTC deposit and no issues and when the free spins were done I was able to cash out immediately the 90mBTC winnings and my original deposit without any further wagering. I dont know of a single casino that has generous promos like that.

Anyways don't get your panties in a bunch those free spins are always on the lowest bet and usually only return a couple mBTC payout.

I used bitcasino.io an year ago until git disappointed in similar situation.

It's irrelevant does he used or not the code before the deposit and who's right here. It's unacceptable for nay support agent to do

Then a months ago i read at some topic about bitcasino.io or vegascasino.io (it's doesnt matter, both are managed from the game agency) that they are hiding the house edge of their games and refuse to make it public. This was the final drop that made me avoid then at all, despite all the free promotions.

I signed up for bitcointalk only because of what just happened to me on bitcasino.io.
Last week they sent out a promotion: deposit 20mbtc, get 40 free spins on African Sunset slot.

So I did. And I used the correct promo code.

I waited a while but the free spins didn't arrive, so I contacted support. They told me they would look into it and get back to me.

Now, I have deposited roughly 60BTC on bitcasino.io, which according to them makes me some sort of vip member? who cares right?


But in the name of not getting used by online casinos, I just logged in to my account to discover nothing has been done and the free spins weren't added to my account. I reopened support chat, and it went as follows.

First of all, the promotion was announced on May 15th, 2017. I deposited on May 19th, 2017.
In the promotion email it says

So from here to there, after depositing lots of btc, I will no longer be using bitcasino.io

That is no way to treat a customer.
