LMFAO this is just a s-1/A they still don't have all their information straight... you guys were talking like this filing was almost done when they didn't even pay a registration fee or list the amount of shares set to release... 201million shares?! Sounds like a few sathoshi per share LMFAO! Whoever buys this ETF is going to get tossed!

Nothing in that text says so. Price is for estimating a fee.
And no, it's not approval, it appears to be yet another amendment to their submission ...

I think so! Now ppl get a new traditional way to involve in bitcoin investing. It will increase more wide user base!
