Yes, it is conclude that it is under the harassment. Someone touch you without your informations is a unethical activity. Which is not bearable for any girl. So, at working place people keep in their limits and avoide these type of activities that is not bearable

I'm not sure if this would be harrassment, but this is such an inappropriate thing to do to anyone (and massively awkward too, like??)

She is patting his hand, playfully, because she likes it.     Cool

That's your imagination  Tongue but no where from the picture it seems that the girl is loving the touch of the guy.

A question: The male hand in the picture, is it his left hand or the right hand ?

If you see this happening the office, what will you conclude from this picture ?
Is this come under the harassment category?

What kind of harassment is that? Touching the opposite gender inappropriately due to lust? Or trying to get her off the mouse?
Well, it depends on intention of the one doing the touching . You could understand if it's intentional by what he tries to do with the mouse or see on the computer. If it's something really distracting on the computer or requires alot of attention, I might consider him especially if he apologizes. I will probably try to know the kind of person he is, whether he has history of behaving inappropriate or whether he is on drugs or drunk.

If he is just taking her hand off the mouse, it also depends on why he's doing that. Perhaps it's for good reason, and with her consent? She's clearly pushing his hand away... which probably means he isn't doing that with her consent

She is pushing his hand forcefully ( i could feel her force  Wink), which indicates that she is not interested in his acts. Also it would have been better if we could see the faces of both the male and female in the picture.  The lusty male face and the angry fearful female face would have make the things clear enough.

The picture is totally vague. But could be harassment if the woman is resisting and the man is insisting. We could tell better if there is a video.

There is no video, no more images and nothing more description about this. This is just a picture and everyone has their own thinking how they perceive this. Some may think it as a normal thing while other may condemn it and take it a serious offense against female gender.

Can't tell much from one photo.

What if she asked how to do something, and he started showing her, and she stopped him saying "I can do it, just tell me what to do".
You have got an analytical mind there. It's a possibility to that which you stated.

Clearly not the woman is a possible harasser, but a man.
And I do think it is a harassment only if woman did not ask him to do this or if they're lovers/friends so its kinda ok for her to ask to stop if she doesn't like.
We can't conclude anything based on single snap because we actually don't know what happened there so term harrasment is bit more aggressive here. But in most of the real life scenarios it could be possibly a harrasment.

There are other scenario in that photo so i won't conclude that past.

They might be a lover that under quarrel ?

They Might be Co employees that is being closed but has an issue that time thats why the reaction of the woman is that.

And the last thing is the Male is harassing that Female so that may come as foul.

For a woman, that's very intimidating and IMHO that can be a form of personal/physical harassment.
