have you turned off P2 state for your nvidia cards?
cause if you have not then they will not give you maximum performance
though I do not know how to turn it off in your OS, if will work on windows then just use nvidia inspector

NameTaken, what is exact model of your cards? Your core clock must be near 2000mhz if you are getting such a high sol/s. Otherwise I cannot imagine how you would get those numbers

Reducing power limit does affect the core voltage. I don't think you can see voltage numbers using nvidia-smi in Linux but with Windows software you can see how many mV is being used before and after changing the power limit.
Have you adjusted voltage?
Just tried +500 mem and 220w power limit.
I do get little bit more hashes, but sol/w goes down.

There is no bminer in ethos, only sgminer, claymore, ewbf, dstm, optiminer. Your numbers are fantastic! Not sure what different settings I can try to achieve more?

Seems on the low side. Using bminer you should be able to get 750+ Sol/s at 3.5+ Sol/W.

Just started mining few days ago, would like to check if I`m getting best performance from my cards? I`m not after max hashrate, but good balance between performance and power consumption.
I tried lot of different settings, green ones are best, I`m using ones from column O. Thanks.
