Well soft cap is very normal. 2,4 million usd, which is fine for project that size. If they plan to launch marketing in US for platform, then it`s very easy to understand where that money will go.

I don't believe this rating sites so it is not successfully run in future because you do not explain the project white paper then how peoples are believe your words. That's exactly what you said, especially now that many ICOs are scam and deceptive so if they only show the ICO without details then to invest it is doubtful

I don't think this ICO will reach hard cap because I see "ratings" on screenshot which are red flags for me and all smart investors because rating sites can sell it for higher rank. And bear market is other negative factor.
Great ICO investment for me if hardcap reached and project have working product, roadmap working on time, big community and listed on big exchange..
