Well, the vouch copy were given to him by the seller himself, and the seller is nowhere to state that he is not allowed to sell his vouch copy.

In essence, a vouch copy is meant to help a seller's sales. If this guy's selling his vouch copy, he could be disrupting sales, etc.

Wouldnt this fall under "immoral conduct", trying to pswn off a person's gift to you, in a sense?

Well it might not be nice, but does it deserve a negative rating? IMHO not.

Another point that seems have gone unnoticed is that the person in question is also selling Starcraft2 and Diablo3 (as well as a time expired WoW EU/NA). So its not only the vouch copy sold, but a total of 3 games.

What we can see here is definitely not bannable (selling vouch copies?). However, any suspicious behavior usually points out that the user in question is not trustworthy. In that case, it is likely that they would receive a negative rating from someone in DT.

This thread's in meta because theres nowhere that I can think of thats better right now :-/
I guess it fits since you're questioning the forum's policy on said behavior.

Ive trawling the digital goods section for a while, found something pretty fishy. This guy, not more than a week ago, recieved a vouch copy for Overwatch. Just today, he made a thread selling an account with Overwatch, and done free games. Someone's already accused him of this, so I guess in an act of covering up he tried to lock the thread. Suspicious?

What I'm suspecting:
- Farming vouch copies and reselling anything profitable
- Drawling praise after receiving a vouch copy without even using it because hey, it's free!

I believe this user is being untrustworthy, and at least have a negative rep from DT. His vouches should be deemed illegitimate. Anyone else?
