I'll guess;D. This is another character who prepares his posts in advance in a notebook and then posts them. The manager does not have a ban on publishing in megatopics, which is why we see similar stories

I use my notepad to first type my reply before taking it to the forum to post, so most times I have already written all my replies then I come straight to the forum to post them and I hope that isnt spamming,

I write on my notepad before responding on the forum and .....

It's utterly meaningless word salad, it should be deleted just for that reason alone, but that ain't happening as witnessed by a couple of thousand unhandled reports I've accumulated. I guess the quotes are there to sort of make it seem like there is a discussion going on, so mods are even less likely to spend their time on it, and whoever will try to report it would have to spend too much time to make it worth it.

@CryptopreneurBrainboss can decide whether this kind of posts deserves to be paid.

The user would likely get into a shittier campaign and spam even more... seen that happen many times.

This shows he doesn't read anything at all and posts just for the sake of filling the quota for the week.

I had seen much worse than these but he/she shouldn't get away with it, and I am sure reporting this post will be marked as bad because technically it won't be considered as spam by mods so the campaign manager @CryptopreneurBrainboss can decide whether this kind of posts deserves to be paid.

Not appropriate at all.

Sakanwa is only spamming by quoting old posts and quote another one later which are not people that posted after him but old posts.

His post history: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/sakanwa-3380307;sa=showPosts

You can see the evidences:

You will notice that he is posting repeatedly but not only that, even his posts after another person post did not quote the people that posted after him, he quotes the old posts. That is why he prefers to be posting in a very long thread. To help him in spamming.

You can easily know this from his post history.
