Thank you guys for helping me out. I wont get scammed. I will avoid it.

This is a heads up to you about that kind of platform and also never try to invest on any ponzi or MLM type of investment since it always ended as scam, you are in crypto already so why not try to learn trading? There are so many tutorial to be search in this forum also some informations about it can be seen in youtube so best to give a shot since its the best option here so far.

That's right. And you've done a good job asking it here first. There were definitely a lot of instances in which gullible people just jumped right into the trap and lost money. By simply asking a question, mistakes could be avoided.

Anyway, if I may add, you might have done some due diligence because it involves large figures. What if the promise was simply 0.005BTC and that girl only asked an insignificant 0.0001BTC from you? Could you have done the same effort to verify?

I know of people who tried to take what was considered a tolerable risk and sent funds because the amount asked was immaterial to them. But this is how scams are encouraged. Make it a habit to dismiss any offer which asks any amount first.
and I hope this experience makes you a very careful person in choosing a platform because it promises great things and you have to pay to be able to produce is an old song that is commonly used as a fraudulent trick

Every site/exchange/company/person/app/etc. which requires you to deposit coins before you are allowed to withdraw is a scam. Full stop. No exceptions. They are trying to scam you.
...
AMEN

@OP
I'm 100% sure this platform is not legit. Stay away. Forget about them.
Nobody is giving 43k USD just like that ( this must be clear to anyone with working brain ).
All you received is just float number in their database.

No, they didn't.

Some girl send .781 btc to me.
"Some girl" you don't even know just gifted you $43,000? Come on. Use your head. It is a fake platform that can display anything they want it to display. There is no bitcoin. They ask you to deposit, and if you are stupid enough to do it, then they will say the activation failed and you need to send more, or you only activated a low tier and you need to send more, or if you wait a week and then send more you'll get even more in return, or anything that will get you to deposit more. As soon as you stop depositing more, they will move on to their next victim.

Don't send them anything. You are being scammed.

In case you still don't believe me, the entirety of the text on the front page of their website is plagiarized from this exchange: https://cex.io/
Here is a list of sites which are completely identical to the one you are using, all trying to pull off the exact same scam:

https://www.haxbit.com/
https://www.bitprotrade.com/
https://trader-bull.com/
https://trade.surf/

Why am I facing an issue to open this site? It's just loading and loading for a hours, nothing readable. Anyway, just notice from Potato Chips screenshot, they are offering a high return. So definitely it's a scam site. Whoever offers unrealistic returns, simply there is a scam scheme behind it. Why should you take a risk with your funds? By the way, how had you redirected to this site? Just be careful before investing in any site that offers a high return. Don't be greedy and don't lose your funds.

Claims to be established in 2014 as the first cloud mining provider which is clearly not true, there's barely any traces of them in the internet. Don't know how reliable this is but according to bitcoin wiki CEX.io is the first one (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Cloud_mining). Their whois data also says they registred on 2020-02-01

so
Too good to be true guaranteed high returns - ✓
Lies about their background - ✓
Very obscure exchange (definitely don't have those million users) - ✓

Stay away!
