i think you are talking about creating a PTC(Paid-To-Click) site
you can create one yourself there are many ptc script that have bitcoin payment option

How that would be possible ? I don't think it's possible at all to be honest .
Only thing is possible to do as far as I know , is detecting if the user is using Adblock or not , if yes then ask him to disable him to continue to the website . That's the only way

Track clicks on the page? Of course it's possible ... I do not see what would be the problem.
You can even keep track of the user's cursor position on the page ... and if you let me access your webcam I can track even your eyeballs Roll Eyes

I would like to know how, and where do you sign up to get these ads on your site.
I know some sites have them as pop unders, thats not nice.
But to get your users to view them for a few seconds or so is way better.

A lot of Russian popunder ads on many faucets now, are blocked by my malware bytes, I guess thats good as the malware site usually want to get into the pants of whatever browsers I am using.

People who will use this service are not people who are big buyers but there are consumers, at least of free content. Maybe they will get some cash later.
