I would be impressed if a similar service were offered for gold, silver and assorted precious metals.

Imagine exchanging gold or a precious metal for debit card service / electronic payment in a convenient and cost effective manner.

Over the long term it has the potential to increase competition in financial and economic markets, increase the value of gold / precious metals which could contribute towards global economies becoming more robust, stable and reliable.

What you mentioned sounds like a nice service. It could represent a natural progression? Merging exchanges and crypto card to debit card services to give shoppers more of a one stop experience?

So now, after this bann, what choices do the cards have to be real?
Are there any crypto to fiat cards working?

They have probably a few alternative options I know that TenX is in talks with another provider and is close to announcing them as well. There are cards that are working but none of them have access to any altcoins only bitcoin right now. That is good but it is limited accessibility and we need more companies trying to do what TenX is trying to solve not more projects like Centra and Monaco which apparently lie about having working products.

There are always alternatives, but here all are unacceptable.
What is the point to have some weird card, accepted only on few places in main cities? If the card isn't VISA or MC it's useless at this point.

FuzeX is not just a card, it can actually do many functions that make it better even in case one providers cuts the rope, like Wavecrest. The key here is that is can hold many cards instead of being just one, so you can spend your crypto safety, but also use your standard ones with biometric protection included.

Hardly... after recent VISA ban over crypto-currencies card.

In this case, they will need to compete VISA and MC for mass POS adoption, which is impossible currently.

I read about this project in January. It has a huge team of highly qualified people. It should be making headlines all over the crypto-media. You can literally "choose your desired crypto-currencies on your FuzeX Card. Then view your account balance and real-time conversion rate in fiat (conventional) currency."

Do you think this could be what mass adoption requires?
